Yesterday was Father's Day worldwide. And we are expected to appreciate our fathers for their love, kindness, and protection. Fathers serve as role models that guide those who look up to them into the right path. Fathers are also called upon to be good examples to society.

In this period of celebrating our fathers, we are also to celebrate and comfort individuals who have no one to call father, we are to remind them that their father Jesus died on the cross for them, and therefore they shouldn't worry and continue hoping in God.

I drew this as a reflection on those who don't have fathers, and to remind our fathers that they can rely on Jesus Christ the Son of God for assistance when things seem to go wrong, so let's celebrate our fathers and make them know we appreciate all their efforts.

Here's how I drew my work, you can do the same;
FIRST STEP

First of all, you begin by drawing making sure that you get the perfect curve of the cross section of the hair between the hair and the face, when drawing the face you will start by drawing the forehead like a little mountain and continue as if writing the capital letter B, and the rest will come around easily.

SECOND STEP

At this point, you can see that I have just finished sketching Jesus in his robe. What I did here was draw the shoulder and his robe just like it's a waterfall once you get that, it's all done.

THIRD STEP

At this point you can see that there is know two disciples. To be able to do this you will first of all study the face and the hair then you will make the hair curve like the letter C slow and steady.

FOURTH STEP

Right here you can see that I drew the body of the second disciple. What you need to do here is to make sure you follow the curves of a robe with your imagination and keep your hand steady, and most importantly breath in, out, and also review if you're on the right track.

FIFTH STEP

At this point, you see that I began by drawing the third disciple's cap. You will start by drawing it slowly, like an oval-shaped pot but the opposite. Then you do likewise just like drawing a waterfall for the robe of the disciple.

LAST STEP

At this point, I had to make the work more visible and alive. What you have to do here is follow your instinct and you will know where to make a decision, just be gentle and don't rush the process, and trust me you will get it done.
