Hello Steemit friends, good night and how are you all? I hope we are all still in good health. Alhamdulillah, today I had the opportunity to participate in an extraordinary contest hosted by @ahsansharif. The contest theme is SCS32-W3 || Real Life Problem Solving Challenge: Time Management.
How do you organize your daily schedule?
Every day, I'm always busy with routine activities from morning until night. As a teacher at a high school in my beloved city, I spend most of my time at work. It's a noble task that demands a great deal of responsibility in imparting knowledge to students. Not only teaching, but we're also required to transform our students' characters for the better. Every day except Sunday, I carry out these routine activities according to a predetermined schedule. The predetermined daily teaching schedule at school means I don't have to think about it anymore.
I simply follow it every day with full responsibility. However, beyond my primary teaching duties, I must manage my time well to be more productive. I also have other activities to fulfill my daily needs. I also have to build good relationships, especially with my beloved family, my neighbors, and even friends and colleagues. This is absolutely necessary because I couldn't live without them. Until now, I've never recorded my daily schedule, but I still carry it out well. After I get home from teaching, I often spend time playing with my children at home, staying up late into the evening.
What is the most important activity in your day that takes up the most of your time and is also essential? With original images
My major responsibility, which I must fulfill every day, is teaching at school according to schedule. This is an activity I have been involved in for over twenty years, with its ups and downs. Thankfully, I have found more joy in this endeavor, although I have also encountered challenges. I truly enjoy this task because it has provided me with many valuable experiences. It also allows me to support my family's needs with the salary I receive each month. Routine school activities take up almost six hours of my time each day. The rest of my time is spent with my beloved family, friends, and neighbors, and I get enough rest.
What is the technique that saves you time?
I don't have any specific methods or techniques for saving time. My main activities are already scheduled with appropriate timeframes. However, I try to avoid wasting unnecessary time on unproductive activities. When I'm bored, I open my Steemit account and create a post. However, as a Muslim, I must be able to save time for positive activities or causes. Saving and managing time means viewing it as a trust that will be accounted for in the future. Time is like a sword; if you don't use it wisely, it will harm you. The key lies in prioritizing, avoiding wasteful activities, and being consistent in your good deeds.
Have you ever struggled with poor time management? How have you improved it?
As a normal human being with many shortcomings, I've experienced difficulty managing my time. I think this is normal, as humans sometimes struggle to prioritize needs. Even with a well-defined schedule, unexpected things can happen. This is especially true when it comes to work at work, which suddenly needs to be completed quickly. Even when we're not always in the best of health at the time. Sometimes I have to stop other previously scheduled activities. To avoid unexpected events, I must complete a task without delay.
What advice would you give to others to manage their time better?
If you want to succeed in life and work, my advice to my friends is to organize your schedule well. For those of you who are very busy with various daily tasks, let go of small, unimportant things that can waste time. Improve your personal discipline, because it is the key to success in life. Time is precious gold and will never come back. Wasting it on unproductive things will negatively impact your life and career.
