What make Bananabreaddifferentfrom others? Have you tried it before? (2 Mark)

In my opinion, banana bread in particular is very different and unique from any other bread or cake. There are some special reasons behind this, which are highlighted below:

  • Turning waste into celebration: The overripe or blackened bananas lying on our kitchen table, which no one wants to eat, become the main star of this recipe. Especially the fact that such a wonderful dish is made from a waste material, makes it different from all other breads.

  • Unique taste and texture: As far as I know, ordinary breads or breads are a bit dry or spongy. But the inside of banana bread is very soft, moist and melts in your mouth. In making this banana bread, the natural sweetness of bananas along with the light aroma of cinnamon gives its taste a royal look.

  • Easy and homemade: To make this banana bread very easily at home, no heavy electronic mixer or complicated technique is required. It can be made perfectly in our kitchen in a very simple way with just a few household ingredients, even without an oven.

Yes, I have eaten banana bread before and it is very easy to make at home. Whenever this bread starts baking in the oven in our house, a strange sweet and warm aroma spreads throughout the whole house. That fragrance makes me feel good in an instant. But especially in the afternoon with a cup of hot tea or sharing it with my family, the experience of eating this soft and fluffy banana bread is truly wonderful! This banana bread is not just a food, but for me it is a piece of peace.

👨‍🍳 The preparation method for " Banana Bread" recipe (step by step) is given below:

Step 01
42252.jpg42253.jpg42254.jpg
42255.jpg42256.jpg42257.jpg

42258.jpg

✔ I first took 2 cups of flour in a large bowl, then added a pinch of salt, 1 pinch of cinnamon powder, and 2 teaspoons of baking powder, sifting them together and mixing well.

Step 02

✔ Now, in another bowl, I peeled the ripe bananas, then mashed them very well with a fork so that there were no large lumps.

Step 03

42265.jpg42266.jpg
42267.jpg42269.jpg

✔ At this stage, I took the butter and sugar in a large bowl and mixed them well. Then I added the eggs and vanilla essence and beat it even more until it was a smooth mixture.

Step 04

42273.jpg42274.jpg42275.jpg

42276.jpg

✔ Now, I have prepared a mixture by adding the previously mashed banana and dry flour little by little to the liquid mixture and mixing it well.

Step 05
42277.jpg42278.jpg
42279.jpg42280.jpg

42282.jpg

✔ At this stage, I brushed a steel cake pan with oil, poured the batter little by little and set it. Then I sprinkled a few cashew nuts on top of the batter. Now it is completely ready to bake in the oven.

Step 06
42284.jpg42285.jpg

42286.jpg

✔ At this point, I took a large, heavy aluminum or steel saucepan (or pot) and placed it on the stove. I then put a 1-inch layer of salt on the bottom of the pot. I placed a stand on top of it, covered the pan with a lid, and let it heat on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Step 07
42287.jpg42288.jpg
42289.jpg42290.jpg

42292.jpg

✔ After the pot was heated for 10 minutes, at this stage I placed the cake mold on the stand inside the pot, covered it with a lid and let it cook on very low heat for 50-60 minutes. Now after 60 minutes of the banana bread cake, I inserted a toothpick or stick into the middle of the cake. If the stick comes out clean, you will know that the cake is done. Then I turned off the stove and let the cake cool for a while and took it out.
