Assalamu Alaikum, I hope you are all well, Alhamdulillah I am also healthy and well. I am very happy to participate in the Fourth week of Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 32. This week's theme is "SLS-32|The Kitchen Diaries: 6 Tastes, 6 Stories| Week# 4- "15 Minutes hug"" And a big thank you to @suboohi ma'am for organizing such a beautiful competition. Today I am sharing my favorite (chicken sandwich) recipe in my busy life, which can be made in just 15 minutes but does not compromise on taste. So let's get started...!So let's get started...!

👨🍳 The preparation method for "Chicken sandwich" recipe (step by step) is given below:

✔ I washed the chicken thoroughly with clean water and cut it into small pieces with a knife. Then I put a pot of water in it, heated it on the stove, and boiled the chicken pieces with 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste. It didn't have the raw smell of the meat.

✔ I took the cooked chicken out of the oven and placed it on a plate to cool. Then, when the cooked chicken was cool, I cut it into small pieces with a slotted spoon.

✔ I took the boiled chicken pieces in a bowl and mixed them well with mayonnaise, chili powder, and salt. This combination of mayonnaise and meat is the lifeblood of the chicken sandwich.

✔ At this stage, I washed the cucumber, tomato, and onion thoroughly with clean water, finely chopped them with a knife, and added them to the mixture—this brings a great freshness to the chicken sandwich.

✔ At this stage, I used a knife to cut off the brown parts on the sides of the bread. Similarly, I cut off the brown parts of all the bread and placed them on a plate.

✔ Now I will take a slice of bread and spread the delicious chicken mixture inside it. After spreading the mixture well, I will place another slice of bread on top. I will spread the chicken on all the breads in the same way. Then I will make a chicken sandwich.
✔ At this point, I cut the sandwiches into wedges with a knife and arranged them on a plate. That's it, my handmade love was ready in 15 minutes!

- Why is this chicken sandwich recipe so dear to me? Even when I have very little time due to the pressure of work, I still feel more satisfied with the food I make with my own hands than the unhealthy food outside. However, for me, this chicken sandwich recipe is like a 'hug' in a pinch, which refreshes my mind even in the midst of busyness. I love cooking very much, but I am addicted to experimenting with new recipes in my free time as a hobby, and this chicken sandwich is a small example of that addiction. Sharing this food with my beloved family is the best moment of my day.

In today's fast-paced world, cooking has become an art form. It also teaches us to use our time wisely and reduces the tendency to buy unhealthy food from outside. However, here are two more examples of quick cooking that my family and I like:

- 2. Vegetable khichdi: Which removes boredom and fills both the stomach and the mind.
