Welcome to my belog,how ate you all .I am @ rokhiasif99 from pakistan.I hope everybody fine too.Today here I am larticipating this amzing and intresting challenge SLC-W29||chicken with Rice.This wonderful contest organized by my lovely teacher@suboohi.I sm.Thankful fo mam she is arranging such a nice home task assignment.This week the topic is very intresting .Chicken with Rice.Today I am share you chicken biryani recipe.I hope you like it and give me a valuable feed back.

Lets move towards and starts

Things we need

Green chilli1 tsp
Turmeric powder1 tsp
Tomatoes pury1 cup
Yougrt1cup
Lemom juice2 tsp
Curry leaves5-6
Gram masala powder1 tsp
Black paper powder1 tsp
Onion3 (chopped)
Oilas required
Orange food colour2 tsp
Cinemon stick2
Black paper1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste1 sp

Procedure with step by step

Wash and cut the onion in thin slice.,curry leaves,green chilli.ginger garlic paste .take a pen add in oil .when heat the oil in pen add onion untill the colour golden brown .

Then Add one cup of Tomato pury.mixed well propely.frying tomatoes pury.then add 1cup of yougrt.

Add all the spices mention ingridents list .frying for 2-3 minutes.

Wash the chicken propely then add in pen.frying 2-3 minutes and add one vlass of water coverd for 15 minuted .untill the chicken is tender.dry the water in chicken .when oil surface in pen chicken is ready.

On the other hand soak the rice in water for 30 minutes.

Take an other pen.add water is pen .The rice in biryani is cooked in a similar way, with twice the amount of water added as the rice, and when the rice is cooked, the water is poured into a sieve and discarded.I follow samd method add in rice salt ,cinemon sticks,black paper.

And when the rice was 95% percent cooked, I strained it into a sieve.

And now it's time to start layering the biryani.surface of pen I greased oil then add rice layer then chicken meat layer then again rice top of the pen I add green masala,mint leaves,tomatoes slice,add in lemon juice .fried onion and orsngr food colour.I coved it pen for 15 minutes steaming.

You can see the its delicious look.The taste is amazing .yummy full of spicy.Today I made a delicious biryani at my house and we broke our fast with such biryani.

Of course, I have made chicken with rice many times before today, but But the most special thing about today's dish is that the chicken spices have been mixed well into the rice, which has further enhanced its taste.The chicken flavor in the rice makes the rice very juicy and its taste are enhanced.
