A warm welcome guys to my blog. I hope you are all doing well and having a wonderful day. I am truly excited to participate in this cooking challenge organized by respected @suboohi ma’am. Guys bun making is more than just preparing food right? It is a delightful blend of creativity and love. Each bun carries a story. A comforting aroma. A touch of happiness guys. This challenge gives us a lovely opportunity to showcase our baking skills. We experiment with flavors and share delicious homemade buns with others. May your kitchens be filled with warmth. ༻꧂What steps are important to make a perfect dough. Have you tried it before?༻꧂

There are some important steps to make dough which are very important to take care of. The first step is to properly activate the yeast, i.e. leave it in lukewarm milk for a while. Then mix the flour and other ingredients and knead well. So that the dough becomes soft and smooth.

After that it is covered so that it swells. This step is very important. Then when the dough is ready. It is shaped with a light hand and kept again for a while. Finally it is baked.

Only if these steps are followed comfortably and correctly, the dough becomes good

My first experience of dough making was similar. Early on I learned that patience is the most important thing when making dough. The first time I made it. It was a nice experience. I realized that it is very important to activate the yeast properly. My first experience is perfect. I learned a lot from it. Now I will say don't worry if it doesn't turn out the way you want the first time because everything gets better with practice.

The Ingredients Required For This Recipe Is:

8Ghee One Spoon Or As Taste

Procedure

Step 1

First guys I place a nice glass bowl. I added lukewarm milk into it. Then I added a small amount of sugar according to the quantity I was using. After that I mixed it well until the sugar dissolved properly. Next.I added the yeast. I give it a gentle mix. Then I left it aside for a few minutes so it could activate and become slightly foamy. This simple step is very important. It helps the dough rise perfectly later.

Step 2

I add egg into the mixture. I whisk it well guys. It become smooth. After that I added the flour. Then along with the flour I also added a pinch of salt. Then I also add one spoon of ghee. I mixed everything together nicely. It start forming a soft dough.

Step 3

Guys I start kneading the dough. I made very gently guys with the soft hands. It was quite sticky at first. So it felt a little difficult to handle. Well I managed it patiently. I kept kneading it softly until it became smoother and more manageable. After that I covered the dough with the plastic wrap guys. I left it to rest for about one to two hours. So it could rise properly.

Step 4

After that time when I checked the dough guys. It had risen beautifully and doubled in size. I gently started kneading it again for about 5 minutes. Then after kneading the dough became even softer and perfectly smooth. Then I divide the dough into small equal portions. I shaped them into little balls. I preparing them for the next step.

Step 5

Then after making small balls. I covered them with a clean cloth. Ileft them for about ten minutes. In this time they puffed up nicely. Since I don’t have an oven. I prepared them in a steam. I greased the pan and placed the buns in it. Then I brushed some milk on top to give them a nice soft finish. I sprinkled sesame seeds over them. In this way, my buns were ready to cook.

Step 6

Guys I place the buns on a stand inside the pot. I had already preheated the pot for about 10 minutes. After that I put the buns into the pot. I let them steam for around ten to fifteen minutes. When I checked them. They had turned slightly light brown. Then I brushed a little oil on top to give them a nice shine. After that I kept them on very low flame for another 5 minutes. So they could cook perfectly from inside as well.
