༻꧂Good Morning Steemians༻꧂

Assalam-O-Alaikum!

A warm welcome to everyone visiting my blog. I hope you are all doing well. I hope you are enjoying the beautiful weather. Well guys now a days I am a little busy in shifting. I am very happy to participate in this cooking challenge organized by dearest @suboohi ma’am. It always feels wonderful to share recipes and cooking experiences with such an amazing community. May your kitchens stay full of delicious aromas. Your hearts stay happy. Your hard work bring you success. Wishing you all joy, peace and countless blessings. May Allah bless you always.

༻꧂What type of stuff bread do you like sweet or savoury . For have any memory with stuffed bread?Have you made it before?༻꧂

I love stuffed breads and especially stuffed buns, because they taste so delicious and unique. 😋 If there is delicious stuffing inside the soft and fresh bread, the enjoyment of eating becomes something else. I especially like salty stuffed buns, as they go well with tea and make a great snack for light hunger pangs.

If I talk about memories, since childhood I have seen different types of breads being made at home, but this is my first experience of making stuffed buns. I have made plain breads and plain buns before, but this is the first time I made them with stuffing. At first I was a little apprehensive about. Whether they would turn out right. When the buns were ready. I was delighted to see their aroma and soft texture.

I made this recipe with passion and love. I love to learn and try new things. Alhamdulillah my first experience is quite good. My family loved it too. Now my heart wants to try new flavors by making different types of stuffed buns and breads.

༻꧂Make stuffed bread( sweet/savoury) using the recipe given in contest or that you like, with a detailed step-by-step procedure along with images. ༻꧂

The Ingredients Required For This Recipe Is:

SRIngredients
1All Purpose Flour Four Cup
2Yeast Two Teaspoon
3Milk One Cup
4Sugar 100 gm
5Salt Half Spoon Or As Taste
6Butter Softened 100 gm
7Two Eggs
8Ghee One Spoon Or As Taste

12Red Chilli Flakes One Spoon Or As Taste
13Black Pepper Powder Half Spoon Or As Taste
14Salt One Spoon Or As Taste

IMG_20260509_163724_502.jpg

Step 1

To make the stuffed buns. I first started by preparing the dough. As usual I added flour to a bowl. Then poured in some warm milk. Along with that I added yeast and a little sugar as well. After adding everything. I mixed it properly until combined. Then I left it aside for about 10 minutes. So the yeast could activate nicely.

IMG_20260509_165245_667.jpg
IMG_20260509_165540_148.jpg
Step 2

After that I started kneading it properly to make a soft dough. When the dough came together nicely. I knead it well for a few minutes. Then I add around 2 to 3 tablespoons of ghee. This made the dough even softer and smoother. After adding the ghee. I knead. I mixed it again until everything was fully combined. When the dough was ready. I covered the bowl with a plastic sheet. I left it to rest. Now I will wait for the dough to rise and become double in size. Then I will check it again for the next step.

IMG_20260509_170553_555.jpg
Step 3

Meanwhile when the dough was rising and becoming double in size. I started preparing the stuffing. First I added chopped onions to a pan. I began frying them nicely. I cooked them until they turned soft and light golden. After the onions were properly fried. I added butter. This gave the stuffing a really rich and delicious flavor.

IMG_20260509_180635_713.jpg
Step 4

After that I added a little cream to the mixture. Before adding the cream. I added about one tablespoon of all purpose flour and stirred it well. Then I poured in some warm milk. I keep mixing everything for a while until the mixture became smooth and creamy. After that I added the spices. This made the stuffing more flavorful and delicious.

IMG_20260509_181020_713.jpg
Step 5

Then I add the shredded chicken in it. After adding the chicken. I fried it for about 1 to 2 minutes so all the flavors could blend together nicely. After that I added carrots and capsicum. This is how I included the vegetables in the stuffing. I cooked everything well on low flame so the vegetables could become soft and properly cooked without losing their flavor.

IMG_20260509_181454_943.jpg
IMG_20260509_181653_177.jpg
Step 6

By that time our dough had risen well. It become double in size. Then I knead it again nicely for about 5 minutes to make it soft and smooth. After kneading. I let the dough rest for a little while. Then I divided it into small equal portions. I made small dough balls for the buns.

IMG_20260509_182534_511.jpg
IMG_20260509_201302_259.jpg
Step 7

Then I roll each dough ball into a long shape with the help of a rolling pin guys. After that I added the filling on top. Honestly this was my favorite step because the stuffing looked so creamy and delicious. During this process I even tasted a little of the filling because I really loved its rich and creamy flavor. This is how I filled all the buns one by one. After adding the stuffing.

IMG_20260509_201501_602.jpg
IMG_20260509_201540_809.jpg
Step 8

Then I carefully closed the buns. By wrapping the dough around the filling. I sealing it properly from all sides. I rolled them into shape. So the stuffing stayed perfectly inside. In this way my stuffed buns were finally ready to bake. I repeated the same process for all the remaining buns as well.
IMG_20260509_201618_652.jpg

After preparing all the buns, I made soft cuts on top with a knife to give them a beautiful look. Then I brushed egg wash over them. So they would get a shiny golden color after baking. Lastly I sprinkled sesame seeds on top. This made the buns look even more tempting and bakery style. At this stage. They were looking so soft, pretty and absolutely ready for baking.

IMG_20260509_202323_772.jpg
Step 9

Since I don’t have an oven. I baked these buns the same way I usually do, using a large cooking pot. First I preheated the pot for about ten minutes. After that I carefully placed the buns inside. I left them to bake on medium to low flame for around ten to fifteen minutes. When the buns were fully baked and turned beautifully golden. I brushed some ghee on top. This made them look even softer and shinier. Then I let them rest for a few minutes. And just like that my freshly baked stuffed buns were finally ready to enjoy.

It looks delicious! I'm sure it will be delicious. I'm a man and it might be difficult to comment on cooking or baking.

I'm just daydreaming; your tutorial is very comprehensive and worth trying. If my wife could make sandwiches like this, I'd try to build a small bakery in my town and sell them there. The results would be quite good because people would love them.

I'm obsessed because I often spend money on my daughter's favorite sandwiches at the "Ismairah" Bakery. The prices vary, even reaching Rp. 13,000 per slice, or the equivalent of 13 Steem—yes, that's the price of one post on Steemit. 🤣

I hope you succeed with this interesting challenge, my friend...🙏

Thanks a lot my friend, very happy to read your beautiful and interesting comment. 😊
Nice to know you liked my tutorial. Believe me, if your wife starts making such sandwiches, your bakery can be really successful, because the taste and love of homemade things is different. 😍

And yes, bakery sandwiches are getting really expensive 🤭 but everything has to be done to keep the kids happy. Your daughter is indeed very lucky.

And yes, today the rate of Steem is very low 😅 otherwise the price of a sandwich would be equal to a really good post 🤣
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your well wishes and support. May Allah bless you and your family always. 🙏
