Today, I have come to participate in the first week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S31/W1, organized by the Honorable teacher @suboohi ma'am. She has brought a wonderful challenge food tutorial, whose name is "Bread Making// " Dinner roll/Bun ".. I feel proud to participate in this challenge.
What steps are important to make a perfect dough. Have you tried it before? |

On making a perfect yeast, the taste of the food made with yeast gets its fullness. That is why you have to be careful with the yeast while making food made with yeast. There are a few steps to follow to make perfect yeast. I have mentioned them -
- First of all, you have to choose the right ingredients to make yeast.
- Good quality flour, yeast, and clean water should be used. These are the essential ingredients for making yeast.
- The measurements of the ingredients for making yeast should be taken correctly. For example, too much flour can dry out the yeast, while water can make the yeast sticky. Therefore, the ingredients should be taken correctly.
- To make the yeast well, the items should be mixed well.
- After mixing the water, the yeast should be
- Left for 10-20 minutes. This will help the yeast to become beautiful.
- After adding all the items, gluten is formed, which gives the yeast a structure. When it is smooth, elastic, and slightly springy when pressed, you will know that it is ready.
- The temperature must be controlled. Warm (not hot) conditions help the yeast to grow. On the other hand, excessive heat kills the yeast, so the temperature balance must be maintained.
- This step is very important. Wait until the yeast has risen to about double in size. Rushing it will affect its texture and taste.
- Now gently shape the yeast so that the air bubbles inside are intact.
- Now let it rest for a second time before baking or cooking and bake it at the right temperature for the right texture.
- I have made yeast many times before. While making it, I always try to ensure that the amount of each ingredient is in the right proportion. Having the right proportion is the key to a successful yeast preparation.

Now I will make bun bread as per the instructions given by the respected teacher @suboohi ma'am. Before starting to make bun bread, I will introduce its ingredients.

| Warm milk | 1cup |

| Sugar | 1tbsp |
| Oil | 1/4cup |
| Egg | 1 piece |
Now I will make a bun using the above ingredients, and the tutorial is presented below-

😋Step 1:-
- First, I take a bowl and add a spoonful of sugar.
- Now I add 10 grams of yeast there.

- Now I add a cup of lukewarm milk to the bowl. And mix it with the help of a spoon.

- Now I cover it well with a lid and leave it for 1/2 an hour.

- Now I take the flour in a bowl. Add a spoonful of sugar there.
- Then add some soybean oil to the flour. Then mix well.

- Now I take the milk mixed with yeast. Slowly add it to the flour mixture and mix well.

- To make the dough well, I use my hands, knead it for some time, with my hands and make a beautiful dough.

- After making the dough, I leave it for 2 hours.

- After two hours, I shape the dough into a long oblong shape. And divide it into six pieces.

- Now I take another egg and separate the egg white, and keep the yolk for use.

- Now I prepare to make six buns with the yeast and make each bun with one ball accordingly.
- Now I apply a thin layer of yolk on the prepared bun. For this, I use a brush.

- After brushing with egg yolk, I take some sesame seeds to make the bun more delicious and beautiful.
- I put a sesame seed coating on each bun.

- Now I take a plate of my steel. I put the prepared bun on the plate. Since I don't have a microwave, I will make the bun with the help of the stove. For this, I put a pan in the stove, put a stand there, put the bun plate on that stand, and cover it with a lid.
- I keep the stove on medium. And I check every now and then whether the bun has grown or whether it has cooked.
- When one side is done, I turn it over. This is how I finish making the bun.

And finally, I made delicious bun.
