Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @lirvic all time my favourite topic ""Recipe of the Day, Week No. 91: So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic
During the winter season, the consumption of sweets made with sesame seeds increases. Because sesame seeds have a warming effect, eating them in winter helps generate body heat. It's also very good for health. That's why we prepare sesame seeds in many ways, with jaggery, with sugar, and today I've brought you one such sesame seed recipe.
Today we will prepare Tilkuta, made from sesame seeds. Tilkuta is very easy to make and requires very few ingredients.
The ingredients we will need to make Tilkuta are as follows:
250 grams white sesame seeds
250 grams powdered sugar

- First, we will clean the sesame seeds. Then, we will heat a pan on the gas stove and add the white sesame seeds.
- We will stir them slowly with a spoon, making sure not to change their color. We will roast them only until they become crispy, but without changing their color.
- We will roast them in the hot pan over low heat for only 5 to 10 minutes.
- Once they are roasted well, we will grind them in a blender in small batches. Because sesame seeds contain oil, we will grind them in small quantities, as they tend to become sticky after grinding. Once they are finely ground, we will transfer them to a plate. Then, we will add the powdered sugar and mix it well.
- We will continue mixing until the ground sesame seeds and powdered sugar are thoroughly combined. Our Tilkuta is ready! This delicious and healthy Tilkuta has an amazing taste.
