What is your traditional dessert? Have you tried it?.

Hello Friends
Hope everyone is well Alhamdulillah by the grace of Allah I am very well Today I have come to participate in the sixth week of the Engagement Challenge. Today's topic of the sixth week is Traditional Dessert Recipes. A traditional dessert of our country is Payas or Phirni. Payas or Phirni is cooked in all kinds of events in our country. This Payas is cooked during the two main festivals of our country Eid. Moreover, Payas is cooked in marriages, birthdays and various auspicious occasions. This dish is very delicious to eat because it is made with a combination of whole milk and pulao rice. So without further ado, let's discuss the recipe for cooking Payas in detail.

Now let's come to the step by step process of cooking paays

Step one
First, I heated half a kilo of milk in a pan and boiled it for a while and added bay leaves, cardamom and sugar to it.

Step two
I soaked the polao rice and sabudana in water for a while. From there, I took the polao rice and placed it on the pan and broke it slightly. Then I boiled the broken rice and sabudana in the milk and started cooking.

Our traditional sweet is paise sa. I have made it many times and because of its delicious taste, this sweet is very much liked by everyone in my house and it is made at my house apart from events.
