1 - Make your own Fried Chicken 🍗 (include ingredients, quantities, and steps) using my recipe or any other recipe of your choice.

| Salt | 2 tbsp |
| Flour | 2 cup |
| Red Chilli powder | 1 |
| Tikka masala | 2tbsp |
| Lemon juice | 2 tbsp |
| Zeera powder | 1tsp |
| Onion powder | 1tsp |
| Ginger garlic paste | 1tbsp |
| Chilli Sauce | 2tbsp |
I like fried chicken because it is crispy on the outside and juicy inside. I have tried making crispy chicken at home alot of times. It was fun but not easy. Sometimes the chicken was very crunchy and sometimes it was a little soft. I learned that good seasoning and hot oil are very important. Homemade crispy chicken may not be perfect but it tastes fresh and feels special because homemade fried chicken is best.

First, wash the chicken properly and make deep cuts in it. Then add ginger garlic paste, salt, onion powder, red chilli powder, and tikka masala. Always add ginger garlic paste because it removes the smell of raw chicken and makes the chicken taste better. Mix everything well so the spices go inside the cuts.

Add chilli sauce and mix everything well. Then let the chicken rest for 30 minutes. Chilli sauce makes the chicken spicy and juicy from the inside.

After 30 minutes, add lemon juice and zeera powder and mix well.Lemon juice is important when adding it to chicken because it helps remove the raw smell and makes the chicken softer and juicier.It also adds a fresh and tangy taste that balances the spices and improves the overall taste of the chicken.

Then add cornflour and flour to the chicken and mix everything well so the coating becomes smooth and even.

Take a pan and add cooking oil. Heat it on a medium flame. When the oil is hot, add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Then turn the chicken to the other side and cook until it becomes soft and golden brown.When the chicken becomes brown and crispy remove it from the oil and place it on a plate lined with paper so the excess oil can be absorbed.

Serve the chicken with crispy fries and ketchup or any sauce of your choice. It tastes so good and is very crispy on the outside. Everyone will love it.
