Daily Menu Delicacies Week No.117. date (06-04-2026) // The energetic day meals.
Greetings to all members of this prestigious community and to you who is taking time to read my post. You are welcome to my blog.
Today, I want to participate in one of the amazing contest called Daily menu delicacies. I consumed the below meals today being 06/04/2026 and capture them so as to share the dairy game with my friend.
Every mother has a key role to play in family consumption. Here in my country, women determine what food is best for their families and sometimes men and children say what they are craving. It is important to satisfy the craving of our family members.
Monday is always a happy day, it is the beginning of week. Waking up,I feel like energetic and enthusiastic about the day.
I went to kitchen and prepare a special breakfast for myself and my family members. The meal was boil yam with stew and egg.
Stew is one of the recipe that can easily be combined with other meals such as boil potatoes, boil plantain, pasta boiled beans, boiled yam and lot more.
In my family, we are always happy when there is stew in the fridge because you can easily make breakfast without lateness to work.
My afternoon was gorgeous, my sister came around,I use the open and prepare chin chin snack for my daughter.
Chin chin is a popular crunchy fried snacks commonly consumed in my country. It is simply made from floor, sugar,butter, Milk,Egg, Baking powder and alot more. If you would like to prepare it, click here and explore my method of preparation.
My evening was a calm and cool one so I decided to walk around my house and enjoy the cool breeze with my children. Thereafter, I prepared my dinner, it was boil plantain with stew and boil egg
From this meal you can see that it is fresh stew and boil plantain, I enjoyed this meal because of it nutritious value.
Stew with Fresh vegetables are very nourish able to our body. Taking it helps provide antibiotics that helps in boosting our immunity and are all rich in vitamins like A, C and k. Vegetables is high in calcium, folate and potassium.
All pre-diabetic patients are advise for regular consumption of unripe plantain because it is low in sugar and also contains fiber which slow down glucose absorption.
Unripe plantain has flavonoids and antioxidants which helps in the fast reduction of body inflammation.
Later in the evening my consumption the available fruit in the house, it was guava.
Around the Globe, Guava trees are grown in tropical and subtropical areas worldwide, and guava is a tropical fruit that is round to pear-shaped that contains edible seeds.
Guava fruits are oval in shape with light green or yellow skin and contain edible seeds. Even guava leaves are used as an herbal tea and the leaf extract as a supplement.
Guava fruits are amazingly rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, potassium, and fiber making it an excellent fruit to incorporate into your diet in various different recipes. This remarkable nutrient content gives them many health benefit.
