How are you all? I hope everyone is living a healthy and happy life. I feel truly thankful for each new day and sincerely thank Allah for this beautiful blessing. Today, I am excited to participate in the wonderful contest “The Daily Menu: Delicacies Week #109” 🎉. I am very grateful to the Steem Iron Chef community for arranging such an engaging and meaningful contest. It gives us a great platform to share our favorite dishes and cooking experiences. I’m happy to present my daily menu and hope you enjoy these dishes as much as I enjoyed preparing them.
In the morning, I wanted something tasty for breakfast, so I decided to make some non-gluten biscuits for myself. I often bake them at home to enjoy with milk tea in the morning. Since the previous batch was already finished, I took some time to make a fresh batch. I also made some Naan Khatai biscuits, which are soft, crumbly, and melt in your mouth.
This picture shows the biscuits before baking they looked so yummy and perfectly shaped. Once baked, they turned out soft, delicious, and perfect for a cozy breakfast with a cup of tea.
In the afternoon, I cooked this roast with my mother. We had marinated it well the night before and added plenty of seasoning so it would be flavorful the next day. We chose to steam it because the steaming makes it more tender and delicious. The longer it stays to be marinated, the more flavorful and spicy it becomes, giving it a rich and tasty taste.
In the evening, some guests came to our house and brought this cake with them. It was really delicious. The top was white and green, and inside it was filled with rich chocolate flavor. The cake was very soft, and we enjoyed it with our evening tea. Many people often bring cakes, but this one stood out because of its white color and tasty chocolate filling. The red cherry on top was fresh and added a nice touch, making the cake look even more appealing.
Then at night, we were all craving some tasty, spicy home-cooked food. I hadn’t made macaroni at home for a long time, so everyone asked me to prepare it. I like making macaroni tastier by using just the right amount of spices
it makes the flavor better. I had prepared all the ingredients in advance and then cooked the macaroni slowly, adding extra vegetables. This makes it even more delicious, and it’s a great way for kids to eat vegetables without noticing, while the overall taste becomes richer and more flavorful.
