How are you ? I hope you are all good. I am also good. I am thankful for this chance.Today, I'm here to take part in this amazing contest, which is organized by the esteemed Teacher @crismenia ma'am. I'm really proud to be a part of this challenge.. I hope it reaches your expectations.

1 - Make your own Handmade Gachak (include ingredients, quantities, and steps) using my recipe or any other recipe of your choice.

MAKING

First I poured some water into a pan.

IMG_5748.jpeg

After that, I dissolved jaggery in the water and stirred it gently.

IMG_5749.jpeg

Then I added a little oil and mixed everything well. The aroma of the jaggery spread beautifully, and the mixture became smooth and glossy.

As I kept stirring, the color turned a warm golden-brown. The mixture started to thicken slightly, making it perfect for adding to the dough

I poured it carefully, ensuring it blended evenly, and the dough became soft and shiny.

After that, I took a big tray, and greased it lightly with oil. On the other side, I filled another bowl with water and dropped a small piece of the raw dough into it. I wanted to check whether the dough was fresh and properly prepared. If the piece floats and becomes slightly soft, it means the dough is ready and has been made correctly.

Then I added a little bit of baking soda to make the color inside a little lighter and better.

IMG_5761.jpeg

After that, I mixed everything thoroughly and then added the peanuts that I had already peeled earlier.

After gently shaking the mixer, I added all the ingredients into it. As soon as I added them, I started stirring right away so the mixture wouldn’t harden. I continued mixing until everything was blended smoothly and evenly.

After sprinkling the sesame seeds, I gently pressed them into the mixture so they would stick well. The seeds created a beautiful, crunchy layer on the surface

Final Look Of Homemade Gachak

This is my final result, which I made in no time. It turned out so delicious! It didn’t take long at all, and the gachak was ready quickly. The taste is far better than the store bought one, and when it’s made at home, it’s even more delicious. It’s definitely tastier than the market version.

At last I am inviting @max-pro @shiftitamanna @artist1111 @sualeha @suboohi for taking part in this contest.

Thank you ! For being with me.

Best regards
@gondalbiya
