I extend my sincere thanks to them for organizing such a magnificent culinary competition. Today, I will present to you a detailed description of my meals, along with my personal experiences regarding their flavors. I hope you will thoroughly enjoy this post of mine about food.

Here is: contest link. Anyway, let's get started--
Today, I will share with you what I ate throughout the day. Living in a hostel away from home means I don't have the opportunity to cook my own meals, as every hostel has its own set of rules. We are required to pay our food expenses—or 'mess bill'—at the beginning of each month. Additionally, using mobile phones while eating in the hostel is prohibited—a rule I am still trying to adjust to. However, the most important thing is that the hostel meals prioritize nutritional value over mere taste, which is ultimately very beneficial for health, even if the menu can become monotonous due to the repetitive nature of the dishes. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed the food and had a great time.
breakfast
For breakfast, I had a vegetable patty—sourced from the popular shop Mio Amore—along with a Jeera-flavored cold drink. The patty was filled with a spiced mixture of various vegetables and was incredibly crispy, while the cold drink had a distinct cumin flavor.
Lunch
For lunch, I had rice, red lentils (masoor dal), and a curry made from banana blossoms. Red lentils are a staple in our daily diet and are very beneficial for health. Moreover, the banana blossom and potato stew was quite delicious—a nice change from the banana blossom stir-fry we usually have at home.
Dinner
For dinner, I had rice, an egg omelette, lentils, and cabbage curry. I love eggs, and I particularly enjoy eating them as an omelette. Although it is not currently cabbage season, we still eat it at the hostel since cabbage is available year-round; however, at this time of year, it tends to have a rather pungent odor.
