Today I will share with you a delicious and healthy carrot dessert recipe in the contest: Recipe of the Day. Week No.85 organized by @mvchacin mam in the Steemit Iron Chef community.
INGREDIENTS
I have prepared the ingredients needed to make the carrot dessert recipe.

Easy method for making carrot sweets:
Step 1:
To make carrot sweets, I took 800 grams of fresh carrots. After peeling the carrots, I washed them with clean water. Then I grated the carrots well with the help of a grater.

Step 2:
I put a pan on the stove to make the filling for the sweet. Now I poured 1 cup of liquid milk into the pan, added 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 cup of powdered milk. Then I stirred everything very well and mixed it. Once everything is mixed, I turned on the stove and cooked it on medium heat.

Step 3:
I will cook the milk mixture on medium heat while stirring it. I have to stir the mixture continuously, taking care that it does not stick to the bottom of the pot. I made the dough for making sweets by stirring the milk mixture continuously. Once the dough is ready, I remove it from the stove and let it cool.

Step 4:
Now I put the pan back on the stove, heated ghee in the pan and added the grated carrots. Stir-fry the carrots for 2-3 minutes, then add a little salt for taste. At this stage, I added a cup of liquid milk to the carrots to cook the carrots. Then I covered the pot and cooked for 5 minutes.

Step 5:
After five minutes, when the carrots are well cooked, I add sugar to the carrots. I will never use sugar before the carrots are cooked. After adding sugar, I mix the carrots and sugar well. When the sugar melts and releases water, I will increase the heat of the stove and cook it while stirring.

Step 6:
When the excess water from the carrots dried up, I added 2 tablespoons of powdered milk to the carrot mixture. Then I stirred everything again and mixed it. Using powdered milk at this stage will make the dessert more delicious. After mixing the powdered milk and carrots very well, the carrot mixture will be ready. Now I left the carrot mixture to cool off from the stove.

Step 7:
The milk and carrot mixture for making carrot sweets is ready. Now, grease your hands with a little ghee and make small sweets from the milk mixture.

Step 8:
At this stage, I will spread the carrot mixture on my palm and roll it very well on my hand to make round sweets by adding the milk mixture in the middle. After making all the sweets in the same way, I rolled it in powdered milk and rolled it. Now the delicious and nutritious carrot sweets are ready to serve.
