"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 97: ( Healthy & Delicious Recipe)"

Today I will share with you a Healthy & Delicious Carrot Laddu Recipe in the Contest: Recipe of the Day. Week No.97 competition organized by @lirvic mam in the Steemit Iron Chef community.

Making Process
Step 1:
To make carrot laddus, I took 1 kg of fresh carrots. I peeled the carrots and washed them in clean water. Then I grated them with the help of a grater.

Step 2:
At this stage, I spread 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan, then poured the grated carrot into the ghee and stirred it well. For the aroma of the carrot laddu, I added half a teaspoon of cardamom powder while frying the carrot. After frying the carrot for about 5 minutes, I added the liquid milk.

Step 3:
I added 1 cup of milk to the carrots, to cook the carrots well. After adding the milk, I covered the pot with a lid and cooked until the milk dried up. When the carrots were cooked and the liquid milk dried up, I removed it from the stove and let it cool.

Step 4:
Once the carrots have cooled, I took the boiled carrots in a blender jar and blended them until smooth. After blending for two minutes, stop blending when the carrot mixture is smooth.

Step 5:
At this stage, I put the pan back on the stove and added the carrot mixture, then added 1 cup of sugar for a sweet taste. You need to add sugar after boiling the carrots, because if you add sugar before boiling the carrots, the carrots will not cook properly. After adding the sugar, some water will spread, stir and fry until the water dries up, so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pot.

Step 6:
When the excess water from the sugar dries up, I add powdered milk, not pouring the powdered milk all at once, but stirring it in little by little. Powdered milk must be added to the carrot laddu recipe, then the taste of the carrot laddu will increase. After mixing the powdered milk with the carrot mixture, it will become granular, which will be great to eat when it falls on your mouth while eating.

Step 7:
When the carrot mixture is fried, add 1 tablespoon of ghee to this mixture. Adding ghee like this before removing the carrot mixture from the stove will spread the aroma of ghee from the carrot laddus and give the laddus a royal taste.

Step 8:
Finally, I added some almond flakes, then stirred again. The mixture is now ready to make carrot laddus.

Step 9:
When the carrot mixture cooled, I took a laddu-sized amount of the mixture in my hand and made laddus. I made all the laddus in the same way and kept them in a bowl. Once all the laddus were made, I sprinkled almonds on them. Delicious and healthy carrot laddus are ready to serve.
