Making Process
Step 1:
Today I will share with you the Korean Naga Chicken Wings recipe. I will share how to make this delicious recipe in a short time. First of all, for the Korean Naga Chicken Wings recipe, I took 500 grams of chicken wings. I cut the wings into two pieces, then washed them in clean water and drained the water.

Step 2:
I took the cleaned chicken wings in a mixing bowl for marinating. Now I added 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder, salt to taste, ginger paste, garlic paste to the chicken wings. I mixed the spices with the chicken wings. I marinated the chicken wings in this way and kept them for 10 minutes.

Step 3:
For the coating, I will make a mixture with some dry ingredients. For this, in a mixing bowl, I mixed 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup cornflour, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, and salt to taste. I mixed all the dry ingredients and made a mixture for the coating.

Step 4:
Once the dry ingredients are mixed for coating, coat the marinated chicken wings very well with the mixture. After coating the wings, lightly shake off the extra flour, the better the coating, the crispier the chicken wings will be, so take some time to coat the wings well with the flour. I coated all the wings in the same way and kept them in a bowl.

Step 5:
At this stage, I let the oil heat up in a pan on the stove to fry the chicken wings. When the oil is hot enough, I will drop the chicken wings into the oil one by one. When the chicken wings start to get some color, stir and fry them on both sides and remove them when they are well fried.

Step 6:
In another pot on the stove, I melted 1 tablespoon of butter and added the minced garlic. I kept the stove on low heat and fried the minced garlic for a few seconds. The minced garlic gives off a nice aroma when fried with butter, but you have to be careful not to burn the garlic. Now I added 1/2 cup of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of red chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and then mixed everything together. I kept the stove on low heat and stirred it continuously until everything was mixed, then I added 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar to this mixture. After mixing everything well again, I poured the fried chicken wings into the sauce mixture.

Step 7:
At this stage, the chicken wings should be mixed well with the sauce, take some time to mix the chicken and the sauce well so that the sauce coats the chicken wings well. Once mixed, I added 1 teaspoon of white sesame seeds and finally the chopped Naga chili. Adding Naga chili will give a nice aroma but the amount of salt will be less, the delicious Korean Naga Chicken Wings recipe is ready. Now I will remove it from the stove and serve it.
