Daily Menu Delicacies Week No.1110. date (26-02-2026) // Idlis, Mutton Rice and Meals

On the 28th, I cooked three different dishes. For breakfast, I made dosa with idli batter and made tomato chutney. Tomato chutney is made by chopping tomatoes into small pieces and sauting by adding onion, green chili, coriander leaves, and chutney to it. It was very tasty when eaten with dosa.

Breakfast : Dosa

At around 11 o'clock, I took out the fruits that I had bought and found a watermelon fruit that was rype and red in color. We cut it into slices and shared it with everyone. Since it is summer here, the heat is very intense and it is very refreshing to eat fruits that contain water at such a time.

Lunch : full meals

For lunch, I made a dal chutney with lentil, onion, tomato, and garlic. I also made a stew with broad beans and a similar stew with drumsticks. I served it with pancakes and yogurt. The lunch was very tasty and healthy. My son and husband ate it very happily and were satisfied.

Dinner : Idlis I made for SLC contest and our dinner as well

For dinner, I asked them to make a recipe for the SLC continent that I run. Since I was there, I had made idli. For that, I had already baked the idli batter that I had ground the day before yesterday. I have already shared the recipe of this on Contact, however, I would like to post its photo here as well.
