Hi friends,
On the morning of the 1st, the weather was quite good here. The clouds were gathering as if it was going to rain, but it did not rain. For breakfast, I made idlis from the idli batter I had cooked earlier and made sambar with it. The combination of both was very suitable. The food was also very tasty and healthy. Since my son had school that day, I packed it in his lunch box.

Breakfast : Idli sambar

At around 11 o'clock, I peeled the oranges I had bought, put them in a manual juicer machine, ground them, and squeezed the juice. Since the fruits were still lying around, they were very tasty. So the juice was also very tasty. It was a little sour and sweet, which was pleasant. We added ice to the summer soup, so it was very cool.

Watermelon

I cooked rice and sambar for lunch. I served appalam, sambar, rasam, yogurt, dates etc. with the meal. The lunch was also delicious and healthy. Everyone enjoyed it. They ate and were satisfied. Good evening. I took the watermelon I had and cut it into small pieces and served it to everyone.

In the evening, eating fruits with water content like this is good for the body. so i took the half watermelon that i kept ion the refrigirator, and cut it to slices and I served it to everyone. It was healthy to eat fruits like this in the summer.
