"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 89: Spice Chicken Carry
Assalamu Alaikum friends, sometimes you want to eat something spicy, right? Sometimes you want to make something a little different. So today I also made Spicy Chicken Curry. Sometimes, if you bring a difference in cooking, everyone will enjoy and be satisfied with the food if the cooking is fun.
Ingredients

- Tomato 🍅
- Green Chillies 🌶️
- Onion 🧅
- Garlic🧄
- Ginger
- Coriander 🌿
- Soy Sauce🥫
- Tomato Sauce🥫
- Liquid Milk 🥛
- Chili Flakes 🫙
- Garam Masala 🫙
- Cumin Powder 🫙
- Coriander Powder🫙
- Chicken Masala🫙
- Salt 🫙
- Turmeric Powder🫙
- Chili Powder🫙
- Oil🍶
Recipe
🫕 First, chop the cauliflower, tomatoes, coriander leaves, onions, and chilies. Then, clean the chicken leg pieces thoroughly.
🫕 Grind the cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg well in a mortar and pestle, then add the ginger and garlic.
🫕 Do not add salt or turmeric to the chicken and cauliflower.
🫕 Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the chicken and cauliflower.
🫕 After frying, fry the onion, ginger, and garlic paste in the remaining oil. Once lightly fried, add all the spices.
🫕 When the spices are cooked, stir in the tomatoes, then add the coriander leaves and let it simmer for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, remove from heat.
🫕 Tomatoes are not lightly boiled, tomatoes are not cooled. When cooled, they are not blended in a mixer.
🫕 Heat some oil in a pan, add the tomato mixture, stir it lightly, add tomato sauce and soy sauce, stir it, add the fried chicken and cauliflower, stir it, after some time add liquid milk and cover it.
🫕 After 5 minutes, remove the lid and add chopped coriander leaves and chopped green chilies, stir and leave it for 10 minutes.
🫕 After 10 minutes, I lifted the lid and saw that the gravy was reducing, so I didn't take it down.
🫕 I took it down and kept it warm. I serve spicy chicken with white pulao.
It was very fun and delicious to eat. You all can also make this at home and serve it in front of everyone. Guests at home can actually make this recipe. It does not take much time to make it.
