Recipe: Peanut Butter.
Assalamu Alaikum Praway Steemit Family, how are you all, I am also fine, Alhamdulillah. One should always make something healthy homemade for children and keep it for them. So with that thought in mind, I made a little peanut butter for my niece. At home, we always bring bread and put it on the bread and give it to the children as breakfast or tiffin. Peanut butter is a healthy food for children, rich in protein, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals, which helps children control their weight, increase strength, build muscle, and prevent heart disease. It helps keep the stomach full for a long time, reduces hunger, and helps increase digestive power.
The protein in peanut butter plays an important role in building muscle in the body. The monounsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, and magnesium in peanut butter help reduce harmful cholesterol (LDL), which reduces the risk of heart disease. The fiber and protein in peanut butter help keep you full, which prevents overeating, and helps you lose weight. The protein and fat in peanut butter help boost your energy levels. It is rich in vitamins and minerals like niacin, vitamin E, vitamin B-6, magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc. Peanut butter helps improve digestion.
Ingredients
° China nuts - 1 cup.
° Sugar 1 tablespoon.
° Chocolate powder 1 teaspoon.
° Oil 2 teaspoons.
🥜 Blend the peanuts: First, I peeled the peanuts and ground them into a powder in a blender jar. Blend until smooth.
🥜 Add other ingredients: After grinding the peanuts to a smooth powder, add 1 teaspoon of sugar, chocolate powder and 2 teaspoons of oil to it and blend again.
🥜 Blend again: Add all the ingredients and blend well for 5 minutes.
🥜 Store: Once the peanut butter is ready, store it in a small glass jar.
I make this peanut butter all the time. My little niece loves to eat this peanut butter. May Allah protect us ❤
