Today I'm here to participate in this wonderful engagement contest hosted by @lirvic & @dasudi. This week's topic is "SLC28-W5" // "The Good Food Route" - Ethnic Food Restaurants.

Haji Kacchi Biryani and Catering Service is located in one corner of the old Paltan city, Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. It is located next to the Dhaka National Mosque Baitul Mukarram. To be precise, it is located next to the four streets of Old Paltan.

The front outlet is very modern with a white logo on red, which is the name of this restaurant. At the beginning, you can see a few sectors. At the very front, there is a man sitting with a pot of food, where only the food is served on plates, open in front of everyone.

This restaurant is located in the very center of Dhaka, so everyone comes here for lunch and dinner. However, sometimes traditional breakfast is available here. To enter, you must pass through the front of the restaurant because there is only one entry and exit gate.

The entrance gate is made entirely of glass. It is made in a modern style so that it catches the attention of customers. On the left side of the entrance gate, there is a cash counter where a man is sitting to take payment. Here you can pay cash and online bill payments. On the right side, there is a monitor and a CCTV camera that is monitored around the clock.

Let's take a look at the interior decoration. Inside, the tables and chairs are set up in a very modern style. The chairs are very durable and sturdy so that people of all sizes can sit here. There is a table in each sector so that the family can eat together. The entire table is kept clean and there are four chairs for each table. The chairs are decorated in red color and the seating area is foamed for comfort.

The restaurant environment is very good and high quality. Inside there is basin where hand is washed and inside there is another kitchen where all the food in the restaurant is cooked in the chess. You can sit there and rest and realize the decoration of the restaurant. Ceilings are placed on the head with a charming design. Designed in a very beautiful way so that all people can sit and eat in a fresh mind. Excellent lights are set up in a row.

The heat can be a problem here, so the fans are set up in a modern style, slightly tilted. The fans are set up in such a way that cool air flows over everyone's body. I think it is an attractive place to have a perfect lunch or dinner with your family, friends or any other people. When I was sitting in Finance, I felt a cool moment in the cold of my body.

What is your favorite ethnic food? For example, Mexican, Italian, Japanese, etc.

Biryani is my favorite Asian food. Let's see which is the most special item of this Biryani restaurant. Since it is a Biryani restaurant, Biryani item is the most popular here. So after going there, we ordered Biryani which was Mutton Biryani. There are some other items which I will mention the name and price below but we ordered the most special Mutton Biryani there which was served in front of us after some time. The Biryani plate was served with rice, salad, chilli and lemon. It was a wonderful dish which smelled very nice.

Do you usually eat this type of ethnic food, or is this a new experience for you?

I occasionally eat this ethnic food from different restaurants. So we started eating then when I looked closely at the biryani it tasted amazing. There were two pieces of mutton in it. There were a few of us there so we couldn't take selfies with them but here we were busy eating because we went there at lunch time and we were hungry.

Basically an old friend of ours took us there and I couldn't even imagine that it was a traditional biryani. So I am showing you a clear picture of mutton in the biryani so that you can understand how popular it was. However, the biryani at this restaurant tasted a little different. Especially its unique structure was a new experience for me.

So after finishing our meal, we went outside and I took a picture of a man sitting outside who always prepares biryani on a plate. He always sits outside and calls the customers. If any customer wants to see the biryani directly, then the biryani items kept in front are shown. Since it is a traditional restaurant, there is a lot of customers here. The cook was sitting in front talking on the phone and I took a picture from the front.

What ethnic food would you like to try in the future and which of them appeal to you?

I want to try an Arabian dish called Mandi. It is a special dish with a smoky flavor, made with rice and meat. I would like to try this dish if I get the chance. So today I am reviewing a traditional biryani shop for you. It was the most delicious biryani I have ever seen.
