Hello friends, hope everyone is well. We are constantly learning new topics on this platform. Among them, recipes are one of the most popular and gaining popularity. One of the traditional dishes of our Bangladesh is kebab. There are many traditional dishes in Bangladesh, including pulao, meat, biryani, khichuri, tehari, etc.

Along with those dishes, kebab is a type of food that enhances the beauty of the food and enhances the taste. So I tried to make kebab. For the engagement competition, I made a recipe where I made Shami Kebab.

For this, I first prepared all the ingredients, then I put all the ingredients in the oven and stirred them. Then I covered it with water to boil. Then I blended it properly so that kebabs could be made with it. Then I made small round kebabs that I made with my own hands. It looked very beautiful.

Then I fried those kebabs in hot oil. The kebabs looked very tempting. Then Shami Kebab was made. Then I presented this Shami Kabab on a plate with carrots, tomatoes, coriander leaves and sauce. Below is the link to the video of making it.
