Homemade Green Ketchup with Mint and Coriander

Today I want to share a recipe of ketchup with you and tell you how to make it at home and how when we used different types of herbs like chilli mint and coriander makes it healthy and tasty. Today we learn how to make Homemade Green Ketchup with Mint and Coriander, it's also in good in smell and taste is very good.

Preparation of Mint and Coriander
First wash the mint and coriander properly and remove all the dirt, then dry it placing in small net like bucket. After drying it removes leaves from the branches. Add some little branches because they give fragrance.
Measurement
I measured two small glasses of mint and also two small glasses to coriander and filled the glasses, remember mint and coriander are fully dried because if water remains your ketchup is expired quickly.
Starting Paste
After measurement complete I cut the 8 green chillies into small pieces and put in the blender and add mint and coriander and also add half Glass boil water and blend it.
Then I add some salt accordingly to taste and blend it well and add half cup white vinegar. Don't strain it because after it all the health nutrients are going and less healthy.
Preparation of Tomato
Wash the tomatoes properly and cut them into small pieces. Then put them in the clean pot and add four tablespoons water and cooked in low flame. When tomatoes become soft, stay for cooling and after Tomatoes fully chill blend them and with the help of strainer strain it very carefully.
Final Step
Now add two tablespoons cooking oil in the pot and add strained tomatoes puree into the pot and cook it until it becomes thick. When it thick add green paste and add sugar for taste. After cooking for few minutes the ketchup becomes thick and when it fully cooked turn off the flame and your ketchup is ready for servings.
As a advice don't cook it too much because it's makes it's taste bitter.
Present your final homemade ketchup to make it look attractive and well-prepared. Also use your name tag and date written on a paper.
I presented it in a glass bowl and putting my username and date of the post in the side of the bowl.
I also decorated my green ketchup using some mint and coriander leaves and green chillies. It makes it full of natural and looks more attractive.
Now you can use it with your burgers, shawarma, sandwiches and fries. Definitely it fragrance and taste amaze all.
