What is your favorite ethnic food dish? For example, Mexican, Italian, Japanese, etc.
Rangpur Kachchi Dine's native Kachchi Biryani is not just a dish to me, it is an expression of passion and tradition. From the very first encounter with this kacchi biryani, I understood that it contains the unique taste of North Bengal, care and warmth of home cooking. The rice grains are long and crisp, rich with the aroma of ghee, and the softness of the meat is so mouth-watering. The use of spices here is very balanced not overpowering or heavy, but blended in such a way that each bite brings out different flavors.

The biggest attraction of Rangpur Kachchi Dine's Kachchi Biryani is its indigenous style. Not the extra grandeur of Dhaka style kacchi, but the familiar smell and taste of a familiar village Bengali kitchen. Potatoes are served sparingly, which blends with the meat to deepen the biryani's flavor. The meat is marinated with ghee, curd, ginger-garlic and selected spices for a long time, resulting in juicy and fragrant meat after cooking.Eating this kacchi biryani feels as if the whole family is eating together on a festive day. There is sincerity in the service, the impression of care in the food.
A simple salad and sometimes a borhani or chutney complements the taste of this biryani. Every time you eat, you feel that this is not just a filling meal, but a living example of Rangpur's food culture. This taste of native kacchi biryani has become my favorite because of its familiar earthy flavor, simplicity and real cooking feel. Rangpur Kachchi Dine captures that flavor perfectly. So whenever it comes to a favorite ethnic dish,The first thing that comes to my mind is Rangpur Kacchi Dine's native kacchi biryani one that makes you want to go back again and again.
Do you regularly consume this type of ethnic food, or is it a new experience for you?
Rangpur Kachchi Dine's Desi Kachchi Biryani is not quite a regular part of my daily diet, but it has been a known and loved name in my food list for a long time. Kachchi biryani never seemed new to me as I have been exposed to native cuisine, especially biryani, since childhood. Rather, over time, a different attraction has developed towards this food, because it is not only about taste, but also about the memories of our culture and social life.I usually choose this type of ethnic food on special days, holidays, or when I go out with family and friends.Rangpur Kachchi Dine's Kachchi Biryani is always at the top of that list.

Because the native taste available here is very close to home cooked kachi. The aroma of ghee, the spices and the tenderness of the meat all together create a feeling of satisfaction while eating it, which is very different from the usual fast food or light meals. Another reason behind frequent, if not regular, eating is the social experience associated with this food. Katchi Biryani is not usually eaten alone; It is a shared meal. Stories, laughter around a plate of biryani,Ada Eating everything together becomes a moment of joy. The ambience and service of Rangpur Kachchi Dine make the experience even better.

Which ethnic food dish would you like to try in the future, and what attracts you from it?
The ethnic food I most want to try in the future is traditional Japanese ramen. Interest in this dish has arisen mainly because of its deep flavor levels and cultural importance. Ramen is not just a bowl of noodles; It is a hallmark of Japanese food culture, where patience, precision and respect for ingredients are evident. The most interesting aspect of ramen is its broth or soup. Simmered for hours, this broth combines meat, bone, vegetables and special spices in such a way that each kiss feels a different depth. Different types of ramen such as miso, shoyu, or tonkotsu each tell a different flavor story. It is this variety that attracts me the most.
Another thing is the art of making ramen. The texture of the noodles, the thickness of the soup, the toppings on top such as boiled eggs, minced meat or vegetables everything is carefully orchestrated. Even with so much in one bowl, there is a wonderful balance of flavors. This subtle combination makes it seem like a dish to be eaten not once, but over and over again. The biggest attraction is the opportunity to taste a new culture. Just as our culture can be understood through the indigenous kacchi biryani, eating ramen gives us a taste of Japanese daily life, their approach to food and a touch of tradition. So I definitely want to try real Japanese ramen if I get the chance in the future not just for the taste,To experience a different culture up close.
Thank you everyone 💓 ❤️
