Assalamu Alaikum,
Hello everyone,
I am @selina1

From #Bangladesh

I am starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am very well. I will participate great this week. Let's start.

Dhaka is a busy city in Bangladesh. A popular food hotel on the sidewalk in front of the gate of Dhaka Motaleb Plaza is Food Fantasy. A large number of customers come here to eat every day. Because a large number of people from different places come to this Motaleb Plaza for their mobile servicing and various activities. In addition, there are many pedestrians who are regular customers of this sidewalk hotel.

This shop is very small on the side of the road and there is no need for fan air or AC because the food hotel is built in an open environment. However, since the shop is open from morning to night, there is a cancellation system at night. In addition, there is a good seating arrangement for the convenience of customers to sit and eat. This hotel has been built with a small amount of space on the side of the road.

The food here is quite tasty. Although I eat all the food myself, I have heard from customers that the food here is delicious and healthy. This food hotel offers chicken noodles, vegetables, rice, vegetables soup, chicken fries, pasta, etc. There are a total of three employees in this hotel who treat customers very well. My husband and I had food at this hotel around 3 pm. We ate vegetables, rice, vegetables and chicken fries from this hotel. The prices of the food here are lower than other restaurants. We ordered two plates of vegetable size and chicken fries which cost 240 taka, steam price 30.

✓ What is your favorite ethnic food? For example, Mexican, Italian, Japanese, etc.

Everyone's taste is different. My favorite ethnic food is chicken fries. Chicken fries is originally a food originating from the southern states of the United States. Currently, chicken fries is a popular food in our Bangladesh. In addition to various hotels and restaurants, there are now food lovers who make this food at home. This food is also easy to make, such as marinating chicken with various types of spices, mixing it with flour and frying it with skillful techniques. I eat this food from restaurants or hotels or on the sidewalks.

✓ Do you usually eat this type of ethnic food, or is this a new experience for you?

I like to create new experiences by eating any unusual or new food. I really like eating fried foods. But I like local foods more. Compared to other countries, fish and meat are fried with different types of spices in our country, which is quite delicious and different. This is not a new experience for me because I have eaten this food since childhood and I also fry chicken at home.

✓ Which ethnic food do you want to try in the future and what attracts you in it?

Of course I want to eat Saudi Arabia's Khafsa food. This food is a very popular food for Saudi Arabia and they serve it on various occasions or family gatherings and meals. Whenever I see this food on YouTube in a Saudi Arabian event, I find it very interesting. Saudi Arabian people usually eat this food with camel meat. InshaAllah, if I ever get to visit Saudi Arabia, I will definitely eat this food. However, nowadays, Khafsa recipes can be made at home by looking at online recipes and I will try to make it that way too.
