This week's engagement challenge theme is Homemade Green Ketchup with Mint and Coriander. This recipe is as delicious as it is very beneficial for our health. To make this recipe, I will use mint leaves and coriander leaves from my rooftop garden. So let's get started.

Preparation method:
- Step 1: First, I will wash the mint leaves and coriander leaves well in clean water, cut them into pieces and make them into patties. I will mix vinegar with it.
- Step 2: Now I will cut the tomatoes into pieces and boil them in clean water. Then I will cool the boiled tomatoes and blend them in a blender with a small amount of water and strain the mixture using a strainer.
- Step 3: Now put a pot on the stove and heat it with a sufficient amount of oil. Then add the tomato mixture and stir for a while. Then add all the ingredients like red chili powder, sugar, salt, etc. and leave it for a while. When I blended the tomatoes, I blended it with water, so there is no need to add water here.
- Step 4: Now add the mint and coriander paste to the tomato catcher and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
