I'm starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am very well. Today I will participate in the Engagement Challenge with a wonderful soup recipe. This week's Engagement Challenge theme is SLC28-W5 // "Vegetable Soup". So let's get started.

🍲 Make a detailed recipe for vegetable soup step by step

Ingredients needed:

Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
Butter1 teaspoon
Soy sauce1 tablespoon

Corn powder2 tablespoons
Garlic paste1 teaspoon
Ginger paste1 teaspoon

Preparation method:

  • Step 1: First, I will wash the vegetables such as carrots, onion leaves well in clean water and cut them into pieces. I have already washed the cabbage and capsicum well in clean water and cut them.

  • Step 2: Now I will put a pot on the stove and heat the pot. Then I will add butter. Then I will add ginger paste and garlic paste and stir for a while.

  • Step 3: When the butter is hot, I will add all the ingredients such as onion leaves, beans, cabbage, carrots, capsicum.

  • Step 4: Now I will add salt to taste and stir lightly for a while. Then I will add black pepper powder and cook for about two minutes.

  • Step 5: Then cook it for a while with two small bowls or two and a half bowls of water.

  • Step 6 : On the other hand, I will make a mixture of corn flour with a small amount of water. Now add the corn flour mixture to the vegetable soup and stir it with a spoon.

  • Step 7: Add soy sauce and vinegar a little before the soup is done. When the soup thickens and is cooked, remove it from the heat.

Finally, my vegetable soup is ready. Now I will take a picture with my name tag along with my recipe.

First, beans were not available in our local market, so I went to the city from our area and purchased these beans. It was a big challenge for me. But I am really happy to have made this recipe.

I live in a village and my family grows different types of vegetables every season. Especially in winter, various types of vegetables are cultivated in the empty lands of the house. I make soup with various vegetables at home this winter and eat it. I like to eat this soup most of the night. Not only me, my family also likes to eat this food. So sometimes I make this soup for myself and my family. This soup made by me is amazing to eat. This recipe is not only delicious to eat but also very beneficial for our health, because it is a very healthy food.

Your soup looks very delicious and spicy. I myself love spicy food. And I think now I can make one too since you have discussed the steps very clearly. Though I am not sure if I will get all the vegetables here.

Hola hola amiga. Esta sopa de vegetales se ve muy sabrosos, todos los ingredientes me encantan, en mi caso le agregaría algo de proteína, debe quedar más sabrosa.
