| Ingredients for Mixed Vegetables Soup |

| Capsicums(chopped) | 2 tbsp |
| Carrot(chopped) | 3 tbsp |
| Spring Onion(chopped) | 3 tbsp |
| Cabbage(chopped) | half cup |
| Peas | 3 tbsp |
| Soya sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Vinegar | half tbsp |
| Black paper powder | half tbsp |
| Cornflour | 1 tbsp |
| Garlic clove | 1 piece |
| Ginger | half tbsp |
| Butter | 1 tbsp |
| Salf | as per taste |
| Oil | as per quantity |
First, wash all the vegetables thoroughly and then cut them into pieces.
Now, put a pan on the stove and add 1 tablespoon of butter to it, then add the chopped ginger and garlic and fry them for a while.
Now, add the onion leaves, capsicum, peas, carrots and cabbage one by one to the pan and mix them well.
Then add half a teaspoon of black pepper and salt to taste and mix well again. Now, add 1 cup of water to it, then stir and cook for a while with a lid so that the vegetables are cooked.
After the vegetables are cooked, take a little water in a bowl and mix 1 teaspoon of cornflour well in it and then add them to the soup. After adding cornflour, I will add soy sauce and vinegar to enhance the taste of the soup. Now I will cook the soup until it reaches the desired consistency.

I did not face any such challenge while making this vegetable soup but since some vegetables like capsicum and peas are not available in our area, I had to go to a distant market and bring them. Apart from that, I did not have any other problem in making the soup. Our respected @uzma4882 mam presented us very nicely and explained how to make the soup and I also tried to make it the same way.

No, I have never made this vegetable soup before and this is my first step in making vegetable soup. Since I have never made this soup before, I have no idea about it, but I found out some information about this vegetable soup from Google for the learning challenge. For example, vegetable soup provides our body with essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber. It also increases immunity, improves digestion, helps control our weight and keeps the body hydrated. It is also beneficial for problems like colds and coughs and high blood pressure because it provides energy to our body and helps keep the body healthy.
