Hello dear friends,

How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today, I have come to participate in the first week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S28/W2, organized by the Honorable teacher @jimiaera02 ma'am. She has brought us a delicious food, whose name is "SLC28-W2 // "Jali Kebab ". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

I have a long-standing weakness for cooking. Whenever I get time, I feel interested in making delicious food. As a result, holidays create a festive atmosphere in my house. Because then the presence of delicious food becomes noticeable.
Kebab is one of my favourite foods. Not only mine, but it is also a very favourite food of my children. As an afternoon snack, they love to explore the joy of Jali Kebab along with delicious Polau Biryani, Bhuna Khichuri, etc.

Jali Kebab is incomparable in making any food enjoyable and tasty. Jalali Kebab plays an important role in making the food more attractive. That is why I sometimes organise Jali Kebab festivals at home.
Making Jali Kebab is a relatively easy task. Usually, the ingredients for making Jali Kebab are available at home. Most of the items are available in our daily kitchen. Then, if they are not at home, these ingredients are available at the nearby shop.
I make Jali Kebab at home on special occasions or days. For example, during our religious festivals, Eid, New Year’s festivals, birthdays, family gatherings, and holidays, I make Jali Kebab with special food, which makes me happy as well as the event more enjoyable.
I believe that whoever accepts the Jali Kebab I make will have to make the food I make famous. I also believe that through making this food, the possibility of eating delicious food has been created, and I have been able to strengthen family bonds.

Today I will prepare tasty and delicious Jali Kebab as per the instructions of respected teacher @Jimiaera02 ma’am. Before starting to prepare the kebab, I would like to introduce you to its ingredients. I am presenting the ingredients for making Jali Kebab below -

Ingredients-

Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
Ghee1 teaspoon
Chopped coriander leaves1 tablespoon.
Saltto taste
Soybean oilas required
Toast biscuit powder1 cup without sugar

Tomato ketchup2 teaspoons

Using the above-mentioned ingredients, I am now making delicious Jali Kebab, and I am presenting its tutorial below.

Preparation method:-

🥙Step 1:-

  • Before starting the Jali Kebab recipe, I prepare all the ingredients. Then I wash 400 grams of beef (without bones and fat, of course) well, remove the water and blend it with a blender to make mince.

🥙Step 2:-

  • Now, take another clean bowl and add the required amount of water to it.
  • Then soak two pieces of bread in water.
  • Now take the soaked bread out of the water one by one and add it to the minced meat.

  • Now mix the soaked bread with the minced meat well.

🥙Step 4:-

  • Now in the mince mixture, I add 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, half a teaspoon black pepper powder, half a teaspoon garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, salt as required, 2 teaspoons tomato sauce, 3-4 chopped green chillies, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves and 1 teaspoon ghee.

🥙Step 5:-

  • After adding all the items to the mince mixture, I mix them well. The ghee will make the kebab juicy and soft from the inside. I keep mixing the items for quite some time so that they can be mixed nicely.

🥙Step 6:-

  • All the ingredients for making delicious Jali Kebab are ready. Now I grind some toast biscuits with the help of a blender. I grind them in such a way that the biscuits are smooth.
  • Now I take a little bit of the mixture from the minced meat mixture and make round-sized Jali Kebabs. And I coat them with biscuit powder.
  • I make each Jali Kebab following the same method and coat them with biscuits, and arrange them on a plate.

  • Now I break two eggs and put them in a bowl.
  • Now I add a little salt to the broken eggs. And I mix the two eggs with the help of a spoon.

  • Now I put a pan on the stove, I will fry the Jali Kebabs in oil. So I put enough oil in the pan.
  • Now I take each kebab from the plate and put it in the egg, making an egg coating.
  • I fry the egg-coated kebabs in the hot oil of the pan,

🥙Step 9:-

  • Since I am making jali kebabs while frying in oil, I sprinkle some egg mixture on the kebabs. This will create an egg net on the kebabs.
  • I fry the kebabs carefully so that some part of the kebabs get burnt. For this, I turn the kebabs over and over again,

  • I take the fried jali kebabs on a plate. In this way, I make delicious jali kebabs.

Now I am going to present the tasty jali kebabs I have made to everyone. Presentation is an art. I tried my best to do that. And I present it below-
In the first picture, I have arranged the kebabs in a round shape on a plate. I have presented a beautiful presentation with a combination of tomatoes and onions in the middle of the kebab.

Jali kebab is a very favourite food of my children and me. I sometimes make jali kebab at home. The ingredients for making jali kebab are very familiar. The items are always at home. Because we make some food every day with these items.
