Saludos queridos Chefs!

La comunidad Steemit Iron Chef, les da la bienvenida a la quinta semana de Steemit Engagement Challenge; S13-W5 y esta vez, queremos seguir rindiendo tributo, no solo a lo que consumimos en nuestro Menú Diario, sino tambien a lo que tomamos.

Sabemos que los alimentos solidos son vitales para nuestro organismo; sin embargo , el cuerpo humano esta conformado por gran porcentaje de agua y en aras de ello, los liquidos que ingerimos cuentan a gran escala. Por ello, queremos que nos cuentes sobre esta fase liquida de tu alimentacion.

Para participar en el desafío, solo debes presentar tus Delicias del Menú Diario y responder las siguientes preguntas de acuerdo a tus habitos alimenticios.

Comparte tu Delicias del Menú Diario y cuentanos con que bebidas sueles acompañar tus momentos de comida diarios y por que? (desayuno, almuerzo, cena y merienda de ser el caso). El agua por supuesto, esta contemplada en las opciones. (Recuerda identificar cada comida con su cartel, dónde se refleje tu nombre de usuario, fecha y la etiqueta #steemit-ironchef.)
Conoces la importancia del consumo de agua y otros liquidos para nuestro organismo?. Describe tu respuesta.
Cuantos vasos de agua consumes en promedio al dia, consideras que son suficientes?
Describe tu bebida ideal para un desayuno, almuerzo, merienda o cena especial (Escoge una sola bebida) y con que steemian te gustaría compartirla.

The Steemit Iron Chef community welcomes you to the fifth week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge; S13-W5 and this time, We want to continue paying tribute, not only to what we consume in our Daily Menu, but also to what we drink.

We know that solid foods are vital for our body; However, the human body is made up of a large percentage of water and for this reason, the liquids we ingest count on a large scale. Therefore, we want you to tell us about this liquid phase of your diet.

To participate in the challenge, you just have to present your Daily Menu Delights and answer the following questions according to your eating habits.

Share your Daily Menu Delights and tell us what drinks you usually accompany your daily meal times and why? (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack if applicable). Water, of course, is included in the options. (Remember to identify each meal with its sign, where your username, date and the #steemit-ironchef tag are reflected.)
Do you know the importance of consuming water and other liquids for our body? . Describe your answer.
