SLC season 26 week 3||Cinnamon rolls||

Welcome my friends in my blog I am @sualeha from pakistan it's pleasure for me to share my participation in the course taught by teacher @nahela In SLC season 26 week 3 "Cinnamon rolls" .I love baking but due to lake of knowledge and practice I had fear my bakery items turned out but luckily this time I got satisfied results,I followed the course method infact this recipe is new for me any ways guys let's move on the recipe of cinnamon rolls I hope you all are being with me till end....
Make your own cinnamon rolls, with or without topping (include ingredients, quantities and step by step instructions) with my recipe or any other recipe.
Well before I starting my recipe let me share ingredients list below infact it's very simple and easily available ingredients I am available at your home

500 gm all purpose flour |
1/4 powder sugar |
I tbs Baking powder |
1/2 tbs vanilla essence |
1 tbs Instant yeast |
1 cup water |
1/4 cup butter |
1 egg |
1/2 tbs salt |
Making/procedure
- First I took a clean bowl add all purpose floor in volcano shaped add sugar and melted butter and mixed well .

- Now add sat ,egg , baking soda, vanilla essence and water mixed well till all ingredients incorporated well with the help of spatula or hands .
- For good mixed I used my hands and knitted daugh finely and covered it from plastic wrapping sheet till two hours for dough rising at harm place for best results.
- After hours I removed the plastic wrapper and I was happy to saw my dough became double in size , usually my dough raised but not like that .
- I spread the fought in rectangular shaped on my kitchen counter as you see in images it's very easily spread by rolling pin then I sprinkle cinnamon powder on over the dough evenly i did not like sugar on this stage so i added all powder sugar in dought already .
- Now sprinkled chocolate chip chunks all over the dought and rolled it in wrapped form and cutted in small portions by knifes I got 7 big rolls .
- I greesesd the baking tray and put the rolls and covered for 15 minutes from kitchen cloth for more rised.Trust me when they bakes the tampting aroma spreader out from.kitch kids can't wait for bake......
- Now I put my rolls in preheated over for 30 minutes at 130 degrees centigrade,I sprinkle more chocolate chips on the top of rolls .preheated my oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes,this time I had no large baking tray so I baked 4 in one shift and 3 in second tired .

Final presentation
Well friends this time I didn't had any king of decorations for yummy rolls at home raining outside the house so I could not buy cheese cream from market so I simple share with out topping but believe me it's outclass with out topping as well.,the fresh rich and sweet cinnamon rolls wins everyone,s heart iny home ,we all tried first time infact it's not available in Pakistan thanks to teacher who share with us such a new innovation in my bakery world ,God blessed her .

Friends I am from karachi Pakistan unfortunately in my city no cinnamon rolls sells infact I experienced first time baking and taste.Tje taste of this roll is mind-blowing easily baked without any big challenge faced during the whole procedure.Tje answer is no.stands or store in my city that sells cinnamon rolls.
In the recipe, would you change the cinnamon for another ingredient?
As I said it's my first time experience for making this type of roll but when I eat thrilled.... To delicious 😋 the cinnamon gave it unique taste I never tried before so I think it's key ingredient of the recipe and I love it .... Without cinnamon you lost the uniqueness of the roll.In my opinion never replaced any ingredients instead of cinnamon so it's perfect recipe in all.aspects 👍.
