RE: Delicias del Menú Diario | Semana 137 | 10 de agosto de 2026 | Verde por fuera, amarillo por dentro ¿Qué delicia es?

Every dish made with avocado looks so nutritious. The grilled arepa and egg combination with fresh avocado in the morning was great, especially with a cup of coffee to change the mood of the whole morning. I found your traditional Andean chicha recipe the most interesting. Not only is it delicious, but it is also good for gut health and rich in probiotics—this fact added to the value of the post. Also, in the afternoon, I learned something new about the historical connection of the Canary Island immigrants to the word popcorn or cotufas. The light but fibrous taro with beef strips for lunch and the canilla bread sandwich for dinner—the avocado was a great use of the menu throughout the day. In the end, the avocado, a gift from my father's friend, became the main attraction of each meal, which is clear throughout the post. Such a beautiful presentation of a balanced and traditional dish is truly eye-catching. 😊

Thank you very much for your appreciation of my post, it's always interesting to know some facts about food and in the other hand I love to learn why we venezuelans call some things in a very different way, which I consider part of our identity.

You're very welcome! I completely agree—unique culinary terms and food traditions are such a rich part of cultural identity. It's always a pleasure to share and learn about these distinct aspects of Venezuelan culture through your posts! 😊
