Assalamu Alaikum how are you all Alhamdulillah good and healthy here I am about law in my language and will participate in its competition based on what was explained in class @anasuleidy thank you so much for putting up a very nice competition.

Say in your own words and based on what was explained in class: What is the law?

In my own words I will mention how important law is in our life

You definitely don't like random environment. In that case we need a lot of laws. People do not like chaotic environment at all. Helps maintain order in society, settle disputes and ultimately establish standards. Knowing and understanding the fundamental concepts of law, including justice, rule of law and legality, how societies work. We consider ourselves to be law-abiding. That's because if there was no law in our country then there would be no idea of sons and daughters in our country. That's why we children work in different places
Going to different places and growing up in a better environment.

  • Examples of objective laws and subjective laws in Bangladesh:

    • Examples of objective laws:

    • Traffic Laws: Bangladesh we have many rules that help us move in life. Traffic law is a very important law in life. We are almost always out on the street. And that time is the amount of car time on the road. In that case, the police of our country slowly scare people away from the street. Which is a very important law for the elderly. Also sometimes extra on the road
Traffic laws must be obeyed when the vehicle is under pressure. And the car is enforced to drive very nicely one by one. That is because of the fear of the law.

    • Criminal law: In our country, there are other laws that rape is theft
If any person is raped in our country, big or small, we have to take legal action and the law gives maximum punishment. The fear of which our country is still very much protected.
And we can leave the children in school or madrasa without fear. In the case of theft, I would say that if there is a major theft in our country, if we investigate the matter and go under the law, there must be severe punishment. the law
So I think for us very much

  • Examples of subjective laws:

    • Right to vote: In our country, boys and girls generally have the right to vote at the age of 18. It is very important to be a voter in our country. That's why our voter ID card is very important in every matter. And we need voter ID card for any issue.
So we think it is important to be a voter at the age of 18 in our country.
  • Right to Freedom of Expression: We are able to develop our own way because we have freedom in our country. Boys and girls have equal rights in our country. So we are going to work and eat without fear. We live beautifully because we have the right to freedom.

  • The difference between the objective law and the subjective law is that one is very binding: everyone should know that the objective law must be punished if it is not obeyed. The law has protected us a lot. Without law we could never feel safe. Through law we live without fear.

  • Objective Laws: Traffic laws must be followed without collecting red lights. Because in our country, the government lights the red light from far away in the case of trains.
As a result, two envelopes are drawn on the road. And every vehicle waits for a while
The train is going. When the train leaves our vehicles leave. I can say one law saves a thousand lives.

  • Subjective Law: The driver has a right to justify his actions of beating traffic by claiming urgency, reflecting his subjective right to seek help for his son.

See explanations given in class according to your country's laws and regulations. Mention two examples of “Objective Law” and two examples of “Subjective Law”.

  • Two examples of objective laws:

Bangladesh is an example of law: Bangladesh clearly states the legal response to various crimes such as theft and murder.

Bangladesh is a typical example: there are some guidelines to regulate the behavior of people in the neighborhood, for example neighbors should keep noise levels down at night to promote a peaceful environment, and rape of small children is punishable.

  • Examples of subjective laws:

  • Violation of law: There are many such people in our country who do not want to obey the law. and molest and rape small children. In their case the law regulates and punishes as much as possible. I will say one thing here that none of us should violate the law. If we go outside the law we should always keep in mind that the law can punish us severely.

  • Violation of ideals : I have seen some people whose parents follow right education and ideals since childhood. But those people never became human. As a result, he used to drink and harass girls on the streets. In that case, the law of our country says there is a suitable punishment for them too. Alcohol should not be consumed at all. That man was always breaking the norm. In the end, he was in a very bad state and was brought under the law. So we must always follow the law.

Explain in your own words the importance of comparative law based on what you have seen in class.

I will here state in your own words the importance of my own law. Law is supreme for us. Because of the law we are able to live beautifully. Because if the law is not ours
The people of the country were never safe. For example, if there were no traffic laws in driving, there would have been accidents on the roads every day. Secondly, we used to be victims of harassment in our country. Rape victims would increase As a result, we could not educate the children. The number of divorces in the country would have increased. In our country there is a law that if a man divorces a girl A fine of Rs. Moreover, we have another law in our country. Guided marriage under 18 years. All in all, I would say the law is a recommendatory act for us. Because the world is so beautiful, the environment of the roads is free from such beautiful chaos.

Friends here I want to invite some of my friends here.
