What kind of Business Activities Area have you visited? Briefly introduce it.

The kind of business activities I visited today is the hand-woven factory shop, where they normally use cotton to make thick fabric. The clothes made from this are Aso Oke. It has a long history, having existed for a long period, and this type of fabric is mainly produced in the Southwest of the Yoruba tribe, where they typically wear it on different occasions such as weddings, naming ceremonies, and end-of-year parties.

Aso Oke is part of our culture, where most of the youths who have just graduated from university venture into this business in order to survive.

How were the services and products quality both inside and outside? (With pictures + prices, videos)

The product is a quality one; in fact, it is very thick, and some parents wear it to different occasions. They often keep it safe in their wardrobe and pass it on to their children whenever they want to have their wedding ceremonies. I have seen this kind of fabric still available with my grandparents because it is top-quality clothing, and the patterns on the clothes last for a long period of time, over 100 years.

Aso oke fabric is a durable product and thick unlike clothes that are usually imported from the foreign countries where their clothes is usually thinning and loose quality texture.

Aso oke is selling faster within Nigeria and beyond because they know the importance of Nigeria aso oke because of its fashion lifestyle. Nigerians in the diaspora, especially in the United States, usually wear it to different fashion shows and other important occasions, which shows that it is a unique cloth that promotes our culture globally.

This fabric is exported to European countries and is also used to make shoes, bags, and different kinds of luxury items that we can use in our daily activities. Although it is quite expensive due to its durability, there is still high demand in the market where some sellers often send money to tell weavers the kind of designs they need.

My experience is amazing because the seller treated me well, and I bought the product directly from home because someone who is close to me linked me up with him. In fact, everyone buys the product because they like it; they use it to make cap and the color I bought from him is navy blue, which is perfect for any occasion they prefer to wear it to.

Although I went straight to the weaver place where majority of them are men, the man give me the best price that I can afford. The seller joke a lot because he was one of the friendly seller who guide me through on how to do that thing.
