Hello everyone.How are you all? I am fine by the grace of almighty. Hope you are also fine.
First of all, I would like to thank @jimiaera02 for organizing such a wonderful contest.Kebab is a dish that can be eaten with normal pulao, biryani as well as it can be served separately with sauce and salad. And since beef kebab is very tasty, it can be eaten in any way. Everyone likes to eat beef kebab. However, if it is made in large quantities, it can be stored and fried whenever you want. Today I made this beef kebab using the method shown in this course. However, here I have added two extra ingredients. This is onion beresta. Which I used beresta instead of raw onion. And along with that, I have added mint leaves. I really like the flavor of mint leaves in kebabs. And that is why I have mainly added both coriander leaves and mint leaves. Anyway, I am very happy to share this recipe that I have made with you. I hope you like this recipe.
Ingredients required for making Fruit custard

| Chopped onion | 1 cup |
| Green chilli | 4 pcs |
| Coriander leaves | As desired |
| Mint leaves | As desired |
| Turmeric powder | 1 tsp |
| Chili powder | 2 tsp |
| Beef curry powder | 1 tsp |
| Black pepper | 1/3 tsp |
| Ginger paste | 1 tsp |
| Garlic paste | 2 tsp |
| Egg | 2 pcs |
| Cinnamon | 2 pcs |
| Bay leaves | 2 pcs |
| Cardamom | 4 pcs |
| Cloves | 4 pcs |
| Salt | 1 tbsp |
| Mustard oil | 2 tbsp |
| Soyabin oil | For fry |
| Water | 3.5 cup |
Step-1
I soaked the chickpeas/bean seeds for 4 hours. I washed them well and put them in a pan. Then I added beef, turmeric powder, chili powder, beef masala, ginger paste, and garlic paste.
Step-2
Now I added chopped onion, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and peppercorns. I also added a little mustard oil and water. Then I covered it with a lid and cooked it until it was cooked.
Step-3
After boiling, I cooled this mixture and blended it in a blender. Then I heated oil in a pan and sautéed the chopped onion.
Step-4
I added the fried beresta, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, and egg to the blended mixture. Then I mixed everything together with my hands to make a mixture.
Step-5
Now I made kebab shapes from this mixture. After making them all, I kept them in the fridge for a while. Then I heated oil in a frying pan and deep-fried the kebabs one by one.
Final result
We served this delicious Shami Kebab hot. It was incredibly delicious to eat.

I really like eating kebabs. And sometimes I make different types of kebabs. I especially make fish kebabs. Because my son likes to eat fish kebabs more. However, sometimes I make shami kebabs in this way. Especially during a special invitation or Eid ceremony, I make this shami kebab. It is as easy to make as it is easy to store. It can be stored for quite a while by keeping it in the deep chamber of the refrigerator. Every time I have made it, everyone has enjoyed it very much. I especially like to eat this kebab with pulao, biryani and salad. Talking about the experience of eating this kebab, it can be said to be quite good. Because I have already made different types of kebabs.Since children cannot eat beef, they easily eat kebabs when prepared like this. My son loves to eat all kinds of kebabs. And the combination of everything has a very good nutritional value. And I also prepare it for entertaining guests. It can be said that kebab items are prepared to the maximum in our house. However, Shami kebab has not been made very often. I have only made it 2-3 times. And this time I feel very happy to be able to make it again.

I always like entertaining guests. Because guests are a blessing from Allah. There is no greater satisfaction than making and feeding someone something with my own hands. But to be honest, after I made this kebab, I fed both of my Steemit friends. They are my husband and my younger sister. However, if I could, I would have fed everyone. Although I have had the opportunity to feed many Steemit users with my own cooking. Specifically, I want to share this kebab with you and one of my favorite users, sister @samhunnahar.
