SLC28-W3// "Chicken Kebab ".
Assalamualaikum.
Hello everyone. How are you all? I am fine by the grace of almighty. Hope you are also fine.
First of all, I would like to thank @jimiaera02 for organizing such a wonderful contest. Today I am back with the challenge of making kebabs. Today's kebab is the popular chicken kebab. It is a favorite of everyone and is also very easy to make. I love all kinds of kebabs. These kebabs are very fun to eat. Especially when they are fried, their aroma spreads all around. And I like making kebabs more because I can enjoy them with my whole family. In making these chicken kebabs, I worked in 2 steps. That is, I blended the onion, coriander leaves and everything as shown in the course. Then I also gave it whole. So that when you eat the kebabs, it will be very delicious and the flavor of the fried onions will increase. Anyway, without further ado, I shared this recipe with you today. I hope you like it.
Ingredients required for making Jali Kebab
| Ingredients | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Chicken | 400 grams |
| Chana dal | 1/2 Cup |
| Egg | 1 pcs |
| Fried onion | 1/2 Cup |
| Green chilies | 3 pcs |
| Ginger paste | 1 tsp |
| Garlic paste | 1 tsp |
| Masala | 2 tsp |
| Black pepper powder | 1 tsp |
| Chopped mint leaves | 1 tbsp |
| Salt | 1tsp |
| Sugar | 2 tsp |
| Soyabin oil | For frying |
Step-1
First I put the lentils in the pan. I had soaked them for four hours before and then washed them well and drained them. Then I added the chicken pieces. Then I added all the powdered spices together.
Step-2
Then I added the green chilies, ginger garlic paste, oil, and two cups of water.
Step-3
At this stage, I stirred the entire mixture and put it on the stove. Then I boiled it for quite some time. I drained the water completely. By this time, the dal and chicken were all cooked.
Step-4
At this stage, when the dal and chicken mixture had cooled, I blended it in a blender. Then I added sugar, beresta and mint leaves.
Step-5
Then I blended it well with coriander leaves. Then I took them on a plate. Then I added whole coriander leaves and some more beresta to it. So that the flavor comes out while eating. Then I mixed everything well.
Step-6
Then I broke an egg into this mixture. Then I mixed everything well again. Then I made all of them in the shape of kebabs. Next, I heated the oil well in a pan. Then I fried the kebabs one by one and took them out on a tissue paper. So that the extra oil is absorbed.

Chicken kebab is a type of kebab that can be eaten as a side dish as well as a main dish. Especially on a winter evening, this hot kebab with tea and a little sauce or raw onion tastes incredibly delicious. In short, if there is kebab in the dining room, everyone wants the kebab first. And so I think I easily prefer this chicken kebab in my dining room. Because everyone in my family has eaten it and praised it a lot. Their appetite is such that I make chicken kebabs in such a way that I feed them occasionally. However, if such a delicious kebab can be kept in the dining room, then everyone, young and old, will sit down with interest and enjoy them with joy.
I invited my 3 friends to join this contest.
