A lesson from @memamun that brought me peace and understanding ...👇🏻👇🏻

Do yoga exercises and record a video, share how effective it is for you.

My experience and feelings with Sukhasan Excersice

  1. First sitting down – I cross my leg gently, no force on it, just to make sure the both feet rest well on the ground. My back straighten, like I am sitting on a short small stool, but I didn't strain. That first moment already give me a little comfort.

  2. Breathing start– I begin to notice my breath. Each inhale do enter deep with peace of mind on my chest, each exhale do carry stress out of my body , and I feel like fresh air was washing me inside.

  3. Body awareness– My shoulder which was tight before begin to relax. My hand rest softly on my knee, no tension. My waist and spine was firm but calm.

  4. My Mind calm down – Thoughts which have been scattering my mind before begin to fade. I didn't chase them, I was just present seeing my breathing chase them away.

  5. Peace spread – Happiness and peace was rising inside me. I feel balance, like my body and spirit agree together on one particular goal. That peace didn't stop when I stand up; it still follows me, and i have surely carried calmness into the rest of my day.

So Sukhasan is not just sitting to cross‑legged. It's a real grounding moment which clear stress, open breath, relax body, and give the mind some gentle rest. I truly feel the real effect on my body and emotions.

Walk in nature, take pictures of the natural environment and share your feelings.

My walk with nature started early with sunrise. The sky gave me hope on new beginning for the day. With my phone, I begin to work around our garden inside the nature. First snap was the sunrise, the warm color that lifted my spirit.

As I move, I see a lot of green everywhere – grass, tall trees, and one small shawa shawa tree which still stand fresh. I stop beside it , the leaf was shine under the morning light. Green do calm me and I love green colour so much. I snap a picture beside the tree, like just to share the moment with nature.

Later, I notice one big plantain leaf with water on top. I use my hand to push the leaf, for the water to flush down, and I catch the drop with my camera. That shows how life can flow when there's no blockage. I was happy to took the shoot.👇🏻

I got a break in the afternoon when the sun was too hot. Then Evening and night comes, the sky turn red and purple. I snap the sunset, the mix of colors strong, like blessing to close the day with nature. 👇🏻

Nature shows me that beauty is everywhere, and snapping those moments makes me carry the peace back home. I have peace of mind and full of gratitude to nature.

There will be a short story, read the story and express your own thoughts.

Arisha

  • Mistake: After the elevator accident, she allow fear to control her life which is not healthy. And Later she begin to climb stairs every day even when her health as complain.
  • What she suppose to do: She would have meet counselor or therapist early, so the fear won't grow much bigger.Listen to the doctor advice and avoid stairs, look for safe way to manage elevator phobia with professional support.

Her colleagues

  • Mistake: They rescue her that day, but after the incident they didn't give her strong follow‑up support. They just leave it for her to handle the trauma alone.

  • What they suppose to do: They would have encourage her to seek therapy, check on her regularly, and even help her practice small steps to rebuild confidence with the elevator. Workplace friendship and support is important.

The organization

  • Mistake: The elevator accident shows that maintenance wasn't strong enough. After the incident, they didn't provide emotional support arrangement for Arisha.

  • What they suppose to do: They would have maintain the elevator very well, install backup light and safety system. After the accident, they would have give Arisha counseling.

The doctor

  • Mistake:The doctor forbid her from using stairs, which was correct, but didn't push her enough to face the phobia. Just telling her not to climb the stairs didn't solve the root problem.

  • What the doctor suppose to do: The doctor should have explain clearly the danger of ignoring advice, and refer her to mental health specialist.

My overall thought

The big mistake is lack of follow‑up after the accident. Arisha allow fear to control her, colleagues and office didn't give enough support, and doctor didn't guide her fully to therapy. And proper elevator maintenance, emotional counseling, and strong support system to help Arisha balance her health and mind would have been much better.

Hello, @emishael60. Our human experience on this physical plane begins with a gentle, deep, and extraordinarily sensational inhalation; it is no coincidence that the soul gives thanks and bids farewell to the physical body with an exhalation. In this way, it is evident that the Divine spark that we are has a direct and indivisible connection with breathing. Today, science recognizes this relationship and openly expresses its benefits, not only for good emotional management, which it is, but it goes further: breathing correctly helps us to have a clean and healthy body, a strengthened immune system, and greater efficiency of the cellular system in general.

Negative emotions such as threat, uncertainty, danger, anxiety, and fear, etc. lead us down the path of panic and to the cortisol dam that begins to open its floodgates as we approach it, causing biological, physiological, and emotional imbalances, among others. This destructive scenario clouds human reason and logic, causing us to react and make decisions that in most cases end up being wrong or far from good behavior.

No less important is the reasoning and contribution of spiritual connection with nature that he provides through his beautiful description of your contact with vegetation under the influence of pleasant rain, the ambient sound of native and present wildlife, added to the spectacular end of the afternoon and beginning of the evening where, due to the photochemical phenomenon of the Mie effect, we can appreciate the play of colors where the horizon merges with the sky.

These are moments when we should truly feel happy, grateful, and deeply connected to the divine energy of the universe, to that supreme source that, regardless of race, creed, religion, philosophy of life, or spiritual affinity, we experience wholeheartedly at some point during this experience with the subsequent Persecula seculorum.

I would say that they are not in an ordinary well, but rather a summary of a guide on how to live life to the fullest and, in particular, how to proceed in the face of an undesirable situation such as fear.

Thank you, infinite success.
