Today I will participate in a challenge of @memamun's brother in Steemit challenge 29, week 01. The name of the challenge is SLC-S29/W1 | Mind and Education: Journey of Psychology "Control Your Emotions". I hope everyone will like my writing.

Task 01

Journaling, write your emotions and negative thoughts in a diary, express your thoughts.

Title:
Frustration and regret at work in my workplace.

Story:
I am an electrical engineer. In my fourteen years of career, I have achieved success in many electrical projects and also failed in some. Four years ago, I was responsible for launching a project to prevent air pollution. I completed the entire project successfully. I was hesitant about purchasing a 250 kW electric motor. If the motor was purchased from Bangladesh, it would have cost 37,500 Steem. I tried to purchase the motor from Bangladesh. But for some reason, I could not purchase the motor from Bangladesh.

Later, our company purchased a motor from India for 2,25,000 Steem. Since I was in charge of the project, this frustrated me. If I had tried, I could have saved the company a lot of money by purchasing the motor from Bangladesh. I still feel disappointed thinking about this. However, I saved about 50,000 Steem when purchasing an inverter in the same project. Sometimes I console myself that I have been able to learn from mistakes. I have to make many big decisions in my work for my company. Sometimes the decisions are right, but sometimes two or one decision is wrong. That is why I sometimes feel disappointed.

Thoughts:
The mistake I made that day when I bought an electric motor taught me to make quick decisions later. I overcame the disappointment day by day and improved the company's electrical unit by making better decisions. I realized that many decisions can be wrong and that one of them should be taken correctly without thinking about it. So now I am able to make electrical decisions successfully.

Lesson:
Learning from mistakes has happened many times in my life. When I completed my electrical engineering studies, I did not know about practical work. I made mistakes while learning, and then I learned. Patience has helped me learn today. So I think we should learn with patience and not get frustrated.

I have taken a favorite book from my books, which is "Information and Communication Technology". The book is read in the 11th and 12th grades in our country. I like this book the most in my educational life. From this book, I get the basic idea of acquiring knowledge about computer programming. I read the book occasionally. I have learned the basic programs of C++ programming from this book. The book gives the idea of C++ programming in a simple way.

Book Name: Information and Communication Technology

The third chapter of the book discusses the number system. The number system teaches us about the language of the computer. The language of the computer is 0 and 1, which we know as machine language. I learned about binary, decimal, octal, and hexadecimal number systems from the third chapter.

Programming Part

In the fifth chapter, I learned about programming languages. In this chapter, I got basic ideas about C++, Java, Visual Basic, and Python. In addition, I was able to learn about flowcharts, algorithms, and compilers. One of my favorite books is Information Communication and Technology.

Task 03

Read the story mentioned above and express your own opinion.

My thoughts on the story:
A country suffers from famine when its ruler is corrupt. If the law is weak, influential people lead the society and the country to destruction. In the story, after Kibria Ahmed took office, the law needed to be amended first, and if it was strictly enforced, businessmen like Harun would not be able to hold the common people hostage. The people of the country must learn to protest against injustice. Injustice must be judged through the law. Then injustice will not increase in the country and cause famine.

In any case, in the end, Harun received the punishment for his wrongdoing from the Creator. However, due to Harun's mistake, the common people of the country were affected by an epidemic disease. The punishment for the wrongdoing of some people in every country affects the entire nation, which we have understood through the story.

You have written a very beautiful and instructive story. The story will help the people of our country or society to learn. Finally, I want to say that God punishes the wrongdoers in some way, which I have realized from the fate of Aaron at the end of the story.

Task 04

Create an infographic on the five steps of emotion control.

Emotions are within me, like every human being. I work very emotionally. I have written below in brief five steps to reduce my emotions. I control my emotions by following these five steps.

I pause for a while when I am emotional: I sometimes delay making decisions when I am emotional. Then I can make the right decision.

Identifying emotions: When I am emotional, I think about the matter for a while. This way, I can make the right decision.

I breathe more frequently when I am emotional: I breathe more frequently when I am emotional because my brain is functioning properly then.

I am patient: When emotions work within me, I sometimes have patience, which saves me from many major accidents.

Right Decision/Control: I control myself when I am emotional, so I can make the right decisions. I think the most important thing to keep emotions in check is control.
