Good morning my dear Steem for life friends, nice to meet you. I'm here to show you a little of my fun Sunday at the recreation center along with our friends Dayana, Jimmy, Juan and Diana.

Muy buenos días mis querid@s amig@s de Steem for lifestyle, un gusto conocerlos. Por acá estoy para mostrarles un poco de mi divertido domingo en el centro recreativo junto con nuestros amigos Dayana, Jimmy, Juan y Diana.

On Saturday they stayed at the house and we watched several movies, on Sunday I got up early to make them a delicious breakfast, I prepared some arepas with egg, spinach, cheese, oatmeal, chocolate, we all ate delicious!, then we got ready to go out to the center recreational.

El día sábado se quedaron en la casa y vimos varias películas, para el domingo me levanté temprano hacerles un rico desayuno, preparé unas arepas con huevo, espinacas, queso, avena, chocolate, todos comimos rico!, después nos alistamos para salir al centro recreativo.

The first thing Jimmy and my husband did when they arrived was train in the gym, for an hour, then we went to soccer for Juan and then to Diana's gymnastics class, which was with her father because Dayana and I went for an hour to the pool.

Lo primero que hicieron al llegar Jimmy y mi esposo fue entrenar en el gimnasio, una hora, después pasamos al fútbol para Juan y después a la clase de gimnasia de Diana, la cual fue con su papá porque Dayana y yo fuimos a una hora a la piscina.

While our husbands trained we stayed taking care of things and talking near the field where Juan would train his hour of soccer. This time it was a nicer open court because it had green areas to sit and wait.

Mientras nuestros esposos entrenaban nos quedamos cuidando las cosas y conversando cerca de la cancha donde entrenaría Juan su hora de fútbol. Esta vez fue una cancha abierta más bonita pues tenía áreas verdes para sentarnos a esperar.

While they sat down I went to see what was there, since I had never passed by that place.

Mientras ellas se sentaron fui a curiosear que había por allí, pues nunca había pasado por ese lugar.

I observed some children practicing kung fu in a room. I am amazed at how the teacher speaks to them as if they were adults, with character and discipline, but it is understood, it is the attitude that warriors must have and for them to take the practice seriously. They looked very cute in their white suits and multi-colored belts.

Observé en un salón a unos niños practicando kung fu. Me asombro como les habla el profesor como si fueran adultos, con carácter y disciplina, pero se entiende, es la actitud que deben tener los guerreros y para que tomen en serio la practica. Ellos se veían muy tiernos con sus trajes blancos y cinturones de varios colores.

Then go to a beautiful, super-kept garden with some dreamy flowers. There were some giant sunflowers and a Red Dahlia, tell me if they aren't spectacular, they stole my heart. There I took several photographs of them.

Luego pase a un jardín hermoso súper cuidado con unas flores de ensueño. Había unos girasoles gigantes y una Dalia Roja, díganme ustedes si no son espectaculares, me robaron el corazón. Allí les saque varias fotografías.

Then pass by a kiosk that offers healthy food to the public. I went over to look and there were some provocative sandwiches, oatmeal raisin cookies, brownies, cakes, a giant palmerita type cookie, it looked very provocative!

Luego pase por un kiosko que ofrece al público comida saludable. Me acerque a mirar y se veían unos provocados sandwich, galletas de avena con pasas , brownies, pasteles, una galleta tipo palmeritas gigante, se veía muy provocativo!

We carry a bag full of sweets and salty foods to eat and not spend so much. Among them jam, soda cookies, some chocolate waffles, margarita potatoes, mogollas, muu cookies, however Dayana bought the girl a yogurt with cereal.

Nosotros llevamos un bolso lleno de dulces y salado para comer y no gastar tanto. Entre ellos mermelada, galletas de soda, unos waffles de chocolate, papas margarita, mogollas, galletas muu, sin embargo Dayana le compro un yogurt con cereal a la niña.

Then Dayana and I went to the pool for an hour, we had one that was a bit deep. At first I was a little nervous, because I know how to float from one side to another but I don't swim like that hehe. However, little by little I was testing and gaining confidence behind Dayana that she does know how to swim well.

Luego Dayana y yo fuimos una hora a la piscina, nos tocó una un poco profunda. Al principio estaba un poco nerviosa, pues yo sé flotar de un lado para otro pero nadar como tal no jeje. Sin embargo, poco a poco fui probando y agarrando confianza detrás de Dayana que si sabe nadar bien.

I relaxed and floated from one side to the other near the dividing line, anything would grab me from there hehe. The experience was very cool. Dayana was delighted, since she regularly attends the nursery school with the children.

Me relaje y flote de un lado para el otro cerca a la línea divisoria cualquier cosa me agarraba de allí jejee. Fue muy chevere la experiencia. Dayana quedó encantada, pues regularmente asiste a la infantil con los niños.

At the end of all their activities we headed out, when I found two new recycling containers, you know they catch my attention. One is to recycle telecommunications equipment and the other to collect computers, consumer and power electronics and printers. How are you?. These people really know how to recycle.

Al finalizar todos sus actividades nos dirigimos a salir, cuando me encontré con dos contenedores nuevos de reciclajes, ustedes saben que me llaman la atención. Uno es para reciclar equipos de telecomunicaciones y el otro para recopilar computadores, electrónica de consumo y de potencia e impresoras. Que tal?. Está gente si que sabe ♻️ reciclar.

I took some nice photos with Diana in a garden that we liked and that was the end of our recreational and wonderful day.

Saque algunas lindas fotos con Diana en un jardín que nos gusto y así culminó nuestro recreativo y maravilloso día.

Finally, everyone went home, since it was time to prepare everything for work on Monday.

Por ultimo cada quien se fue para su casa, pues tocaba preparar todo para trabajar el lunes.
