Do yoga exercises and record a video, share how effective it is for you.
Exercise is very important for a healthy life. There are many people among us who exercise regularly and many people who cannot exercise regularly. However, I think those who exercise regularly are the healthiest people. I also sometimes exercise in the morning, it keeps my body fresh and helps to keep it healthy. The creator is the owner of keeping it healthy, but for this you must take care of your body. Yoga is an important exercise for us. There are some techniques to know yoga exercises that have been shown here, so we can do or practice this yoga exercise whenever we want.
This exercise improves us physically a lot, especially controlling fear, emotions and stress. Sometimes doing this exercise plays an important role in reducing your mental stress. When a person's blood pressure increases excessively, then doing this yoga exercise brings his blood pressure back to normal. Besides, I think doing this exercise will always keep your mind fresh.
Walk in nature, take pictures of the natural environment and share your feelings.
I always say that the beauty of nature is the most real beauty, so I like to spend time in nature. There are many beautiful moments in nature that you can appreciate if you take some time to wander around.
If your mind is sad, you can go directly to the river and spend half an hour there and you will see that your mind has become fresh. If you feel lonely, then look at the sky. But that sky should be cloudy like the one I took this picture of the sky a while ago.
Breathing with nature refreshes our mind and helps our body to be more alert. If your mind feels a little lonely, then of course you will forget loneliness when you see a beautiful road and walk. You can choose a village road for this because the village roads are quiet.
However, you can walk through the open roads of the city. When you spend time in nature, the calls of animals and birds, the sound of light wind, the occasional sound of rain, the pleasant environment will make your body easier, so I spend time in nature.

In the story, a person named Arisha gets very scared while going in the elevator and is so terrified that whenever he hears the word elevator, a fear arises in his mind. Maybe he cannot control his own phobia. Controlling phobia is the most important thing for a person. There are different types of phobias among us humans. There is a woman I know who is suffering from sugar dog phobia. If she sees a small or big dog in front of her, she screams in panic and avoids that place until the dog leaves.
In this story, being in the elevator is a phobia for her because she was afraid. Because of that fear, she faced many problems walking on the stairs, which later led to deep mental and physical problems. First of all, she has to control her phobia. She should remove her mental weakness and use the elevator again. She has to accept that the elevator is an electronic device, it can be a problem at any time, but it is a regular daily thing. He should slowly move in the elevator and ride alone so that he can understand the situation and gradually overcome that fear.
