Dear friends, if I were to share my goals for today or my plan, I would put it simply. I am a teacher, and I have to do exactly the tasks that a teacher does, and it was for this purpose that I woke up today. The first thing I had to do after waking up was to get all the students together and lead them in prayer.
After performing the prayer with everyone, I was told to prepare the students for exams. Just like that, I spent some time preparing with the students until eight o’clock. Then, after having breakfast, I started the exam at 8:30, and that was how I started my first task.
Here, my responsibility was to properly perform my duties as a judge, to be able to judge all the students who came for the exam, and to give each student the marks they deserve. This is not just my job, but also my right, my hand, and my responsibility.
Some responsibilities were given here that were not just about studying or asking questions about studies. There was another subject here, talent evaluation and cultural activities, so I told them to present whatever talent they wanted in front of us. Some students had to perform acting here.

Anyway, I completed this task like an exam; I finished it by eleven in the morning, right on time. After that, since it was my responsibility as I’m one of the main members of the exam committee, I collected the exam files from everyone.
Meanwhile, I had already told everyone that there would be snacks after the exam—bananas and bread—and that it was open for everyone to take. The reason it’s open for everyone is that they had been sitting for almost three hours taking the exam, from morning until 11.
After that, it was my responsibility to make sure all the students could sleep together, so I quickly finished my work and went to my room. After going to my room, I rested for a little while and then checked on them to see what they were actually up to. So now is the time to rest.
Then I told them to get ready for bed and told those who needed to take a bath to do so. That's how I spent until about one or one-thirty, and afterward, I performed my prayers. After praying, I had the responsibility to arrange for all the students to eat together, so I went there.
In this way, I had lunch with everyone together, and after finishing the meal, I went straight to the madrasa. After that, our schedule was to all sit in class and have class. You know, I had a bit of responsibility to take exams for the students.
So, I went straight to the office, took the files, went to the group, and started taking exams with the students. Their exam was for very young children, and their test was only recognizing letters and some takbirs and Hadith prayers. The exam started.
There were quite a few files here and you had to complete each one for me, taking their exams and figuring out who would get how many marks and who wouldn’t. It was my responsibility to give the correct marks, and it was quite a tough task because I had to be accountable for it.
It took about an hour to take their exams. Taking exams for younger kids is much harder than for adults because you have to maintain things differently, and adults understand when you explain things, but they don’t. Finally, I managed to finish the exams with a lot of effort and even gave them some advice.
I finished taking the exams and submitted all the files and everything that was there to the office. This was my main work, what I worked on throughout the day. After that, my day consisted of prayer, classes, and sleeping until the end of the day. Still, what I’ve presented to you throughout the day about my work is the core of my tasks.
Here’s one thing that’s clear: success can be achieved through work and responsibility, and every task is a trust. This organization has entrusted me with mine, and I cannot betray that trust. Fulfilling responsibilities properly is mandatory for us.
Sharing a diary game is a very good thing. It is not only educational but also stays as a memory. Additionally, sharing with friends is also a very good thing. Brother, I will invite my friends who can participate here. @max-pro @suboohi @kouba01 and @crismenia

A very noble and enjoyable profession, educating and teaching students to become better human beings for the future. I am also a teacher, and thank you for sharing your experience with us all. Good luck with the contest.
Your writing beautifully portrays the busy, responsible diary of a teacher, assessing the studies, worship, and cultural talents of madrasa students. It is clear from your experience that taking tests on letters and Hadith-Takbir of young children, as well as adults, is a task of patience and hardship. I used to teach children, so I appreciated your patience. Your inner guardianship has been revealed by arranging tiffin for students to relieve exam fatigue or supervising their meals and rest. In my opinion, the mentality you have shown of accepting every job as a deposit rather than just a profession is truly exemplary. This devotion to responsibility will play a great role in shaping students into good human beings in the future, InshaAllah. I wish you all the best in this contest. 🙂

Your diary is not just a description of a day's activities. But a beautiful reflection of your sense of responsibility trustworthiness and service to humanity. The role of a teacher is not limited to book knowledge only. But also guarantees character building guidance and training of the new generation. And all these qualities are prominent in your writing. Supervising students fair examination of exams providing opportunities to showcase their talents. And then taking care of their rest and food reflects your broad minded and compassionate nature.
It was especially touching that you considered your responsibility not just a duty but a trust. This thinking makes a person different from others. And it is with this spirit that the best architects of society are prepared. May Allah Almighty accept your hard work sincerity and service bless you with more blessings in your knowledge. And grant success to the students under your tutelage in religion and the world. After reading your diary I realized that real success lies in performing your duties with honesty and love.
