SLC-S29/W4 | Mind & Learn: The Psychology Journey "Phobia Control"
Dear friends, welcome to the fourth week of Mind & Learn: The Psychology Journey. Psychology is an extremely important subject for the mind. It is necessary for every individual to know and understand psychology. In this season 29, I will try to share this topic with you. I will try to make learning and teaching from this beneficial for everyone. Let's start the fourth week by learning about "Phobia Control"

Fear and panic make a person mentally ill. They become obstacles to leading a healthy and normal life. Fear is a kind of mental illness; it negatively affects not only mental health but also physical health. To overcome fear, one must try to be mentally strong, gain self-confidence, and learn to control oneself. I will review this topic in front of you. Below, I will share it task by task.
"Discussion about four tasks"
Task Number 01 |

Yoga exercise is helpful in controlling stress, anxiety, fear. When people feel stressed, mentally ill, this exercise reduces stress and makes them feel relaxed. Apart from this, it has many other benefits, such as helping to reduce hypertension, keeping the mind and body fresh, removing fear from the brain and maintaining calmness.

Choose a quiet environment, sit in a cross-legged position.
Keep the waist, spine straight.
Keep the shoulders, head straight.
Place the hands on the thighs.
Breathe, stay in a relaxed mood and pay attention to breathing.

Task Number 02 |

Nature is the great creation of the Creator. If you feel down, suffocated by walls of bricks, stones, and concrete, run to nature. The beautiful air, flowing rivers, waves of grass in green fields, and eagles soaring in the sky—all are expressions of immense beauty. The blue sky touching the horizon and the white clouds floating above it feel magical.
There is so much to see on Earth, but first, you have to open your eyes. You need to see the beauty of nature spread around you, notice ants marching in a straight line in an orderly fashion. Observe the entire process of a butterfly emerging from a larva and spreading its beautiful colored wings to flutter around.
Watch how fluffy white ducklings follow their mother and play in the waters of the lake; feel that joy. Witness the happiness of tiny frogs jumping in the rain. All of these are nature, such magnificently subtle beauty. I fall in love with it over and over again.
You too share your feelings about nature, take beautiful pictures. It will surely make you happy.
Task Number 03 |

This is a story, and every participant must enter into the story. You need to think about what mistakes the characters in the story made, or what they should have done, and write down your thoughts.
Arisha works alone in Dhaka. A few years ago, she experienced a terrible accident. She works at a well-known national organization, and her workplace is on the 13th floor. Every day she uses the elevator, but this time she faced an unusual accident. While the elevator was moving, the lights suddenly went off and it started shaking, accompanied by a loud noise, and then the elevator stopped abruptly. She was alone in the elevator, and out of fear and panic, she began having a panic attack. She messaged her office to inform them and lost consciousness there. Her colleagues at the office managed to rescue her with the help of emergency responders after about 15 minutes of effort. However, this phobia has remained vividly in Arisha's mind. Since then, out of fear, she has stopped using the elevator, but this has not reduced her problem; instead, it has increased. Frequent climbing up and down the stairs has triggered his tachycardia problem, and it has increased so much that it is disturbing the normal function of his heart. The doctor has explicitly forbidden him from using the stairs. However, his phobia of elevators is mentally and physically devastating him.

Through those five steps, you will be able to Control Your Phobia. Use those five Phobia control steps to create an infographic. I have created one just for you to see. Take a look at it.
