Ahsan Manzil is located on the banks of the Buriganga River in the Kumartuli area of Islampur, Old Dhaka. It is currently being used as a museum in Bangladesh. Ahsan Manzil was founded by Nawab Abdul Gani. He named it after his son Khwaja Ahsanullah. The construction of Ahsan Manzil began in 1859 and was completed in 1873. Ahsan Manzil has been renovated several times. Now Ahsan Manzil is a museum run by the Bangladesh National Museum. Ahsan Manzil has a beautiful dome on the roof of the palace. The stairs leading up to this palace also attract everyone's attention. Ahsan Manzil has two beautiful arcades on the east and west sides. There are two parts of the Ahsan Manzil inside, a meeting room and a library. There is a dance hall in another part. There is a dining room on the ground floor of Ahsan Manzil. The height from floor to ceiling on the ground floor is 6 meters.

Thousands of visitors come to visit this Manzil every year. It is currently used as a museum. We went to the museum and took many pictures there. We have taken pictures of the things used in the palace. This is a historical place. A very old palace. As much as people come here to see its old things.
