Introduction to Jali Kebab
Jali Kebab's are little different from other traditional kebab as compared to it. Because it's having a net like surface which are made by using egg and this makes it special and unique. These kebabs are full of juicy, soft and full of aroma from inside but crispy from the outside because of egg layer or net. It's usually made during festivals, family gathering and on special events and occasions.

I first time trying to making Jali Kebab at my house ony vacation day and my family love the kebab because they are all always ready for eating different things and I'm the one of those who's always trying to try some new and different meals and dishes at home and the Steemit provides me that's opportunity again and again to try different dishes at my house and it's makes my family happy.
According to me one of the most difficult things in making Jali Kebab is making its net using egg mixture and personally when I prepared the mince, I'm thinking in my mind to how to create net around the kebab. But when I'm frying the kebab the and started to make net using egg and when spreading the eggs on kebab turn the magic and net is making and suddenly all the steps feels easy. After my kebabs are done, when my family taste the kebab they appreciate the kebab not appropriate me because kebab are very good in taste and also in look.
This moments are not only pleasant for me but also are full of learning something new and different related to Jali Kebab. I learned many new things about Jali Kebab and every time when you making things it's improving your knowledge and making of it.

| Roasted cumin powder | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Garm Masala | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Ginger garlic paste | 2 tablespoon | |
| Green chilli | 3 piece | |
| Green coriander | 1 tablespoon | |
| Tomato ketchup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Curd optional | 1 tablespoon | |
| Ghee optional | 1 tablespoon | |
| Salt | To taste | |
| Bread crumbs | One cup | |
| Oil | For frying |
Prepare the Jali Kebab recipe step by step and describe the detailed procedure with pictures. Must use your own pictures.
In the very first stage I washed the chicken properly and remove all the waste and blood from it and blend it for making mince in the blender.
Then I soaked the two fresh bread slices in the water after some time I squeezed out all the water from the slices and adding them in the chicken mince.
After that I added all the spices, onion, green chillies, green coriander, yogurt, ketchup, ghee, ginger garlic paste, and salt. Then I mixed the all ingredients properly and well.
When my mixture of kebab is ready, by using hands I am making small size kebabs and using breadcrumbs adding on kebab for better texture.
In the stage I blend the two eggs and put that mixture on kebab and frying the kebab in hot and heated oil.
Next I spread the egg mixture on kebab for making net on kebab that makes it beautiful and tasty.
Present the Jali Kebab recipe in an attractive and well-decorated way. Use your username and date written on the paper.
I decorated and presented the kebab using tomato and coriander. I created the flower pattern using tomato and putting the kebab in the tray.

In the starting I'm facing little difficulty to making bet around the kebab using egg mixture because I didn't control the egg mixture but after several attempts I making the perfect net on kebab.
