  • Today I experienced something new in my life. Because I made Shami Kebab at home for the first time, but today I made Jali Kebab at home for the second time. I never dared to make it before, I was impressed by eating other people's kebabs. I thank my teacher jimiaera02 apu. Because of her, I was able to make these recipes today. By participating in the "Kebab Recipe" competition organized by jimiaera02 in Steemit Challenge Season 28 and following the step by step shown in her post, it was possible for me to make these recipes.

  • I feel comfortable doing any of my work alone. So today when I made Jali Kabab at home for the first time, I arranged the kebabs beautifully on a plate and served them to my family. Then they all were surprised and said, "I brought great taste for the first time." And the most joyful thing for me was sitting with my family and sharing the food I made with my own hands. It seems that cooking is not only about taste, but also about love and the joy of being together. Finally, I would like to say one thing, May I be able to participate in all the Kebab creation competitions.

The process of making "Jali Kebab"

Step 01

10092.jpg10102.jpg
  • I cut the beef I bought from the market into small pieces, washed it well in a bowl with water, and placed it in a basket to drain the water. Then, after the beef had absorbed the excess water, I blended it well in a blender to make mincemeat. This time, I placed the minced beef in a bowl.

Step 02
10103.jpg10105.jpg10106.jpg

10107.jpg

  • To mix the bread with the minced beef, I soaked 2 pieces of bread in water. I squeezed the soaked bread with my hands to remove the excess water. Now I mixed the bread with the minced beef well.

Step 03
10108.jpg10110.jpg10111.jpg
10113.jpg10123.jpg
  • This time, you need to mix several ingredients with the minced beef, which are: finely chopped onion, finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 2 teaspoons tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, half a teaspoon black pepper powder, half a teaspoon garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon sour yogurt, and finally, add salt to taste and mix all the ingredients well with the beef.

Step 04
10125.jpg10126.jpg

10133.jpg

  • The minced beef is mixed with all the ingredients and the mixture is now completely ready to make the kebabs. I took some of the mixture and shaped it with both hands to make these jali kebabs a little bigger than the shami kebabs. I had previously blended the toast biscuits in a blender to make them powder. Now I coated the jali kebabs well in the toast biscuit powder. In this way, I coated all the kebabs in the toast biscuit powder and placed them on a plate.

Step 05
10134.jpg10136.jpg

10137.jpg

  • After shaping all the kebabs from the mixture, the kebabs are ready to be fried in oil. Now I took 2 eggs and broke them in a mixing bowl, added a little salt and beat them well. Then I put a pan on the stove and heated it on medium flame with enough oil. Now I dipped the jali kebabs in the egg mixture and dropped them one by one into the oil.

Step 06
10145.jpg10149.jpg10150.jpg
10151.jpg10154.jpg10159.jpg
  • Finally, while the jali kebabs are in the oil, I spread the egg mixture in the mixing bowl on the kebabs with the help of my hands and make an egg net. In this way, I make a net on both sides of the kebab in the same way. Then I fried the jali kebabs well from side to side and kept the fried kebabs on a plate. Now these kebabs are completely ready to be served hot.

Did you face any problems while making the Jali Kebab recipe?(1 Mark)

9934.jpg

✔️ I had to face two major problems to make Jali Kebab recipe. First, I had a problem while buying beef in the market. Because 500 grams of beef contains about 150 grams of bone and fat, so I was forced to buy beef at 1000 taka per kg of 800 taka. I had to buy 500 grams of boneless and fat-free beef for 500 taka. However, they gave me slightly fatty meat in the beef I bought. This was the main problem.

10092.jpg

✔️ The second problem was that the beef I bought from the market had fat, so I faced another problem while mincing the beef in the blender. While mincing the beef in the blender, the blender suddenly stopped a few times due to the fat in the beef. Then after a lot of effort, I finished mincing the beef. This was basically the reason for my second problem, however, I was able to overcome all the problems and make Jali Kebab, which is a big deal.

Dear @paholags, your words are like the spices in the kitchen, full of warmth, inspiration and love. Truly, the kitchen is a magical place, where every ingredient is not just a preparation of food, but also an expression of love, courage and creativity. The way you encourage me, it gives me the courage to try more new recipes. And the beauty of the food we prepare is not only in its taste, but also in its good presentation.

Your good wishes are like a sweet prayer. And thank you very much for your beautiful comment. I wish you all the best.🥰

Hello, you have a lovely post and very beautiful photos. I have a bigger problem though — I don’t have half of the ingredients. I really wanted to make something like this, but I see it’s hard to surpass you — it looks really great, no wonder it has a 9.9 rating.

Dear @sergeyk friend..! Your words are really sincere and warm. I understand that when we see a recipe or a cooked dish, we think "I want to make it", but when half of the ingredients are missing, that's when disappointment sets in. In fact, beauty is not only in the perfect ingredients, but also in our own creativity. If you want, you can create and prepare a new recipe with even a few ingredients, and that will become your signature. You said, it's hard to outdo me. But in fact, every serving has its own beauty. The food prepared with the touch of your own hands and love for your family gets the real rating.

Thank you very much for reading my post and leaving such a nice comment. I wish you all the best.✨...!
