Assalamu Alaikum! Today I am really happy to participate in the fifth week of Steemit Challenge Season 28. This week I will participate in the SLC28-W5// "Sheek Kebab" competition organized by @jimiaera02 Apur, thank you very much for organizing this great competition. I believe that this season I will get to know about Kebab very well. In the fifth week of the engagement challenge I am going to share an easy and delicious recipe for making Sheek Kebab. So let's get started..!!
𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝑩𝒚 𝑪𝒂𝒏𝒗𝒂 𝑷𝒓𝒐
Prepare the Sheek Kebab recipe step by step and describe the detailed procedure with pictures. Must use your own pictures. (5 Marks)

| Chicken meat | 500 grams |
| Tomato | 1 cup |
| Carrot | 1 cup |
| Onion cubes | 1 cup |
| Red & green capsicum | 1 cup |
| Ginger paste | 1 teaspoon |
| Garlic paste | 1 teaspoon |
| Turmeric powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Chili powder | 2 tablespoon |
| Cumin powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Coriander powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Black pepper powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Flour | 1 teaspoon |
| Cornflower | 2 teaspoon |
| Soy sauce | 2 teaspoon |
| White vinegar | 2 teaspoon |
| Salt | As a taste |
| Cooking oil | 1 cup |
The process of making "Tawa Kebab"

- I took two chicken runs to make the sheek kebab. I washed the chicken runs thoroughly with clean water and put them in a bowl to soak up the water. Then I cut the runs into small cubes with the help of a knife.
- The chicken meat was cut into small cubes. Now I washed the vegetables with clean water. Then I cut the vegetables into small cubes with the help of a knife.
- I cut the chicken into small cubes and put it in a mixing bowl, and added 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, a pinch of salt, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, and 2 teaspoons white vinegar.
- All the spices have been added to the chicken. Now I mixed the chicken and spices well. And after mixing the meat, I left the meat to marinate for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- The chicken has been marinated for 15 to 20 minutes. Now add the pre-chopped carrots, chopped tomatoes, chopped red and green capsicums and chopped onions to the marinated chicken. After adding all the vegetables, I mixed everything together well.
- After mixing the vegetables well with the chicken meat, I added a tablespoon of flour and two teaspoons of cornflour to it. Then I mixed the meat well again.
- I basically soak the sticks that I will use to make sheek kebabs in a tray. The reason I soak the sticks is to prevent them from burning while frying the sheekh kebabs.

- To make Sheek Kabab, I took a stick, now I first need to add hard vegetables to the stick so that the vegetables can hold all the ingredients. I first put tomatoes, carrots, capsicum, onion and then chicken pieces on the stick. Then I completed a stick with other vegetables and meat in turn. Similarly, I completed the remaining sticks with vegetables and meat and placed them on a plate.
- To fry the Sheek kebabs in oil, I put a pan on the stove and added a generous amount of oil. Then, when the oil was hot, I dropped the Sheek kebab sticks into the oil. I put several Sheek kebab sticks in the pan at a time.

- I fried the kebab sticks on medium heat in the stove, turning them well. When the kebab sticks are well fried and browned, I removed the kebabs and placed them on a plate on a tissue paper to absorb the excess oil from the kebabs. After the oil from the kebabs is absorbed, the kebabs are ready to serve.

I don't have much experience in making Sheek Kebab, I already had all the ingredients at home, and I didn't face any problems while making this Kebab. But like other Kebabs, I made this Kebab for the first time at home in the fifth week. I thank my teacher (Jimiera02) Apu again. It is because of you that I was able to make this Kebab recipe by participating in the "Kebab Competition" in this Steemit Season 28 and following the steps shown in your post. Today, for the first time when I made Sheek Kebab in the fifth week, I arranged the Kebabs on a plate and served it to my family. Then after eating the Kebab, they praised me a lot. And I was really happy to hear so much praise from their mouths. And my interest in making these Kebabs in the future increased.
If you had the chance to share your Sheek Kebab with any of your Steemit friends, who would you share it with and why? (2 Marks)

I want to share my delicious and healthy food "Sheek Kabab" with my beloved teacher (@jimiaera02). Because I have learned to make many kebabs by participating in her kebab recipe competition in this Steemit Season 28. Among them is this 5th week's Sikh Kabab. So this time I want to gift her the taste of my own hands. To make the delicious and healthy food "Sheek Kabab", I carefully mixed vegetables and spices with chicken. I put the marinated chicken and vegetables on the sticks and cooked them well and fried each kebab perfectly. I want to share this food I made with my teacher, because for me it is not just a food, but a way to express my gratitude to the teacher. I want her to enjoy eating my "Sheek Kabab" and understand the taste of my handmade Sikh Kabab.
