Assalamu Alaikum everyone. I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah, I am also well Alhamdulillah. Today I am really happy to participate in the four week of Steemit Challenge Season 29. This week I will participate in the "SLC29-W4 | Fast Food Recipe : Fried Chicken Recipe" competition organized by the respected teacher @selina1 madam, thank you very much for organizing this great competition. I am happy to participate in this challenge. So let's get started..!

✔ First, I took four chicken legs and washed them thoroughly with clean water. Now, I lightly scored the chicken legs with a knife, so that the spices could penetrate better.

✔ To make the seasoning, I took a bowl and added chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, soy sauce and tomato sauce, cornflour and mixed all the ingredients well.

✔ Now I put the chicken pieces in the spice jar. Then I pressed the spices well on the chicken pieces and left them to marinate for 40 minutes.

✔ After marinating the chicken legs for 40 minutes, I took three cups of flour in a bowl and enough water in another bowl. Now I dipped the chicken legs in the flour and coated the chicken legs well in the flour. Then I soaked the chicken legs in water and coated them again in the flour and kept them in a bowl. Similarly, I coated all the chicken legs in the flour and kept all the chicken legs in a bowl for frying.

✔ To fry the chicken legs, I put a pan on the stove and added enough oil to heat the oil. Now I put the chicken legs one by one in the hot oil. I fried the chicken legs well on low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. And when the chicken legs turned golden, I drained the oil and placed the chicken legs on a plate.

✅ Now these fried chicken pieces are completely ready to serve.
✅ 2. Do you think homemade fried chicken is healthier than buying it from outside? Why?(2 marks)
I think that our homemade fried chicken is undoubtedly healthier than the fried chicken bought from outside. Because we have complete control over what oil we will use, how much salt and spices we will add while cooking this fried chicken at home. This is because it completely reduces the risk of using excess oil, salt or harmful ingredients.
Again, from fast food shops outside, our homemade food is usually made with fresh ingredients and the oil is not reused. Which is very safe for our health. In shops outside, more oil and spices are often used to flavor the food, and these foods that are eaten regularly can harm the body. All in all, it can be said that if the food is cooked with the right amount of oil and healthy ingredients, our homemade fried chicken will not only taste good, but will also be very beneficial for our body.
✅ 3. Are the effects of eating fried chicken regularly good or bad?(2 marks)
Eating this fried chicken regularly does not seem like a good habit to me. Although the taste of this fried chicken is very tempting, the excess oil and fat of this fried chicken gradually have a negative effect on our body. Especially if you eat this fried chicken regularly, there is a possibility of weight gain, even cholesterol levels can increase and there is also a risk of heart disease.
I personally feel that eating too much fried food makes our body feel heavy, even our digestion problems. And our interest in work also decreases. I think that it is wise to eat this fried chicken occasionally to control our taste cravings. For our healthy lifestyle, choosing boiled, grilled or cooked chicken with little oil seems to be the best decision for me.

I am presenting my fried chicken recipe very nicely with lettuce, tomato sauce, and tomatoes. I don't know how well I presented it. Anyway, I hope you all like my fried chicken recipe.
