Preparation process
Preparing this tawa kebab, I used 400 grams of beef as used in the class, I carefully washed the meat and drain out the water, I sliced the beef into tiny portions and then blend to smooth.
The next step after the minced is adding of the ingredients, the chopped garlic and ginger paste, onions, little coriander leaves, turmeric powder, chili powder, chili flakes, cumin powder, kebab spice, salt, black pepper, masala powder, lemon juice , I mixed the cooking oil well in the minced meat.
It's time to add the coneflower to the minced meat mixture after that I add my whisked egg into the mixture and stirred everything to mix well and the mixture is ready for the next step.
I set my fire on the low so that the meat will cook well, my cooking oil I poured around the kebab sides making sure it reaches the down side of the kebab.
At this time the oil is a little hot, I added my kebab mixture to the pan on fire ,I covered to cook for some time.
I fried on both side until it was golden brown I then removed the kebabs from the oil and placed on a tissue for the oil to drain out.
Here my Tawa kebabs is ready.

What was your best feeling while making tawa kebab? What food would you feel comfortable serving tawa kebab with? (2 Marks)
Knowing that I'm making something new I felt anxious of the outcome and it came out well and yummy, again I was feeling super excited, after having a taste of tawa kebab I feel like it will go well with white rice and stew while the tawa serves as the meat. Next time I will make delicious tomato sauce and white rice and I will enjoy it .
I observed that it can go well with our local tapioca, maybe I will try it with this when next I'm preparing it.
